I've tried Googling this and I just keep finding stuff about whether or not a dagger's proficiency bonus applies, ect ect. What I'm wondering is this: does the Sorcerous Blade Channeling feat change your chance to hit? That is, would an attack used at melee range use Strength instead of Charisma for the purposes of calculating your attack bonus? I played as if it did, but rereading the power, I'm less sure. I know Wizards moved toward a "don't state what a power does not do", so that would imply that it doesn't change the attribute used to attack. On the other hand, I may be overlooking some general rule regarding melee attacks. It's certainly happened before.
