Ramp + Primeval Titan + Eldrazi + Tooth and Nail! This deck is insane!

"People are like sausages: it's what's under the skin that's important... so poke them with a fork periodically."

"Lif is too short."

Wow nice!!
WOA!!  Wow!  This thing is a freakin beast.  Ancient Depths on Steroids!  I think I would rather face the Dimir deck and not this one...lol.

I LOVE THIS DECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh hypocrisy! A World full of n00bs indeed!

4x Grazing Gladehart with all this land grab/ramp?  Wow.  Not to mention the 30 Eldrazi, lol.

The hard part will be surviving until you can get your fatties out. But it has 2 each of Terastodon, Primeval Titan and Elvish Piper and more ramp than even MM.

Aw yeah! MonoG ramp.

Oh and let me go hug that Plow Under for a little bit.

Four Eldrazi, three main deck, none of the Legendaries. Something feels a little off here. There must be promo unlocks, achievement unlocks, or unlocks with the expansion(s). Flourishing Defenses (listed just as "Flourishing) looks like an error. All the non-auto-carded cards can be found here: www.mtgsalvation.com/m14-spoiler.html

Wizards: If it isn't game design, we can't do it right. Frankly, we're kind of shaky on the game design sometimes too.

One of my favorite cards of all-time featured in a deck that wants to ramp into some crazy awesomeness? I am very impressed with this deck from my first glance, and I can't see how it won't be the first one I dig into once the game releases. And green is my least favorite color. Job well-done, methinks.

I'm thinking the Legendary Eldrazi may haver been left out on purpose because they would get in the way of mill.

Yeah, I found Defenses really odd too. Maybe Sean linked the wrong card.

Very excited about this deck. Ancient Depths was one of my 2 favorite decks in 2012 (machinations was the other).
Ancient Depths returns, only with less Depth and more Trees. Lots of trees. This is definitely going to be one of my top 3 most played decks. Good lord this deck scares me.

4 Grazing Gladehart, 2 Oracle of Mul Daya, 4 Khalni Heart Expedition, Rites of Flourishing, 3 Explore, and more. I cannot wait to be on turn 7 and have It That Betrays and Primeval Titan out already as well as be above 40 health.

I'm hoping like mad he meant Harmonize. Some good draw would make this deck giggle like a succubus.

Core list only has 59 cards listed. What's missing?

Yeah, that card struck me as weird in this deck. I guess it's another copy of Rites of Flourishing

This deck is ridiculous, but if there's a goblin equivalent, it will die hard to that deck.

I'm betting on another Rites of Flourishing, but your hopes are better, so I'm hoping them too

This and the dragon deck look so amzing and fun to play and I just can't wait. Does these deck reveals mean we may be getting D14 earlier than expected?

Eye kneed teh speelchequer bach!

This seems crazy good..  Survive/ramp until All is dust, start laying down fatties, profit!
Love it for the focus on ramp, landfall and awesome lategame. However, the best thing about it is that we can hopefully look forward to equally well constructed decks of different themes and colours.
Notice that they chose Farhaven Elf and Rampant Growth over Wood Elves and Nature's Lore. I'm thinking this one needed to be toned down a bit after testing.

I'm not so sure about that.  Maybe it will Be the June 12th as opposed to the June 19th date people are throwing around.

Oh, and Wizards_Sean, I'm pretty sure on #29 you meant Exploration, not Exporation. Although the pores of some players could probably use some exfoliating, I don't see that as a very potent spell in the Magic multiverse.

Thanks for the info Sean. You really brightened up things around here.
Can't wait to check out the other threads.

Mastergear_Owen's take on Magic 2014 Campaign.

Show
You know what I've got more issues. Whats up with the story in this game? The adverts said I was going to team up with Chandra and we were going to kick butt and chew bubblegum across the planes on a revenge campaign against some... guy she knew I guess? Who's Ramaz anyway? What do I get instead? I beat Chandra like 2 minutes in with a mono-green stompy thing Garruk gave me (why does he keep giving all these new planeswalkers his deck) and then I spent like 5 hours jumping from plane to plane picking up random nicknacks for her mantlepiece while she sits back back doing her nails or something. I was thrown in jail! I got hit by a Roil Storm twice! Do you know how many rats are on Ravnica, Chandra? All of them! All of the rats! All of the rats eating me!

Then we go kick her Ex's bearded-screaming-butt and what does she do to help? Nothing! She throws of the occasional fire ball and spends her time trying not to freeze to death. You should have worn pants Chandra. While we're on the subject what happened to your shoes? You had like Steelies on. Steelies are cool. Now your running around with stupid boots with like 5-inch heels? Thats not appropriate footware for Planeswalking! That's not appropriate footware for normal walking! At least Liliana is doing it for the whole 'evil is sexy' thing and can summon undead to carry her when she breaks her ankle. What are you going to do ride a Phoenix? Its made of fire! You'll fall right through! Man I should have gone Planeswalking with Liliana - yeah she'd crack my head open with a rock 5 minutes in and raise my corpse to serve her but at least we could have gone dancing!

Now with more original content and open bar!

Yeah it does seem very strong. The amount of Eldrazi's in the deck means having two in hand by the time you have the mana for them will happen often and two eldrazi's will be hard for most decks to deal with.
Ya, good luck with dimir deck dealing with Eldrazis (or Dragons) with Threads of Disloyalty and its "removal" with Last Gasp.

With all the explore effects, I feel like I could use 27+ lands in this deck.

Well because chant is so low on removal, it does have some outs.. Chant player lay's down Pathrazer of Ulamog, next turn dimir player puts stolen identity on a Moroii.. GG.

Btw I love that we get to see a Eye of ugin in this deck, bring on the non-basic lands!

Time Ebb + Tought Scour cost 4 mana and it's not even card disadvantage. And Dimir still has all those discard effects... I think this deck will be the one with problems...

Oh, and Pathrazer of Ulamog is sexy for the mod community. This kind of effect couldn't be done in prior versions of Duels. Granted it only occurs on a smallish subset of cards, but they seem to be printing them slightly more often than before so that could be quickly relevant.

I thought that too, until I remembered that it doesn't produce mana. It's basically just an enchantment that costs .

With all the ramp in the Eldrazi deck I'm thinking it might get to it's fatties before Dimir gets to 6 mana for Stolen Identity.

With all of it's 1 Time Ebb I'll put my bets on the Eldrazi deck.

I'm just happy that Eye of Ugin means Primeval Titan isn't just ramping for Forests. Can actually get something with utility.

Sure. Let's all ignore the thing about discard. It doesn't matter, right?

True dat, but at least they're thinking out of the box. Might make way for other lands with basic abilities that doesn't clash with the mana system like Turntimber Grove and effects of that type.

Sorry, I shouldn't ignore the limited discard the deck has.  I suppose that might hurt every once in a while.  As well as the multitude of cards that need either UU or BB to cast.  I'll take this or the dragon deck over the Dimir deck any day with what we know so far.
