Genasi Warlord Needs some help

Hello there

My char died last session and now I'm going to make a Warlord.

 I Have some questions about the build.

1. I still have two feats I didn't take, someone has some good ideas for some feats?
2. Is is better to lower my Int a bit and take a bit more Cha for Superior Will, maybe take Scale proficiency?
3. I'm quite new in building a leader, so I have a hard time finding good items. I focused mainly on giving allies extra off-turn actions.

General advice is always welcome.

Here is the updated build. At level 14 I plan on taking Fight On and on Level 16 Improved Defenses. I have 26 AC now, that seems quite low. Maybe take Scale proficiency first and later on retraining it into Ringmail? Or do you think 26 AC is enough?

Switch starting Int and Cha, you'll still qualify for retraining into Superior Will in Paragon. That should put you at AC 27, which is perfectly fine. AC isn't attacked all that much in Paragon anyway, so it's importance is lessened for non-defenders.
Ah yes, good idea. AC 27, Fort 26, Ref 25, Will 25. So, roughly, 50% chance to hit me. That seems alright for a non-defender.

I will discuss the Divine Healer, healer's lore switch to battle cleric lore with my DM, because it's debatable.
