Leveling Lord of Shatterskull Pass

I have this pretty nice game ender. A maxed out Lord of Shatterskull Pass with both of Vizkopa Guildmage's abilities activated. Problem is, though, I use this in commander, so it is very difficult to get both of them out and ready to use.

So my question is, is there some combo that will fetch both creatures, and ramp mana to prime the lord? Currently, I use Diabolic Revelation to fetch, when possible, and the storage lands to ramp a little.
But 4 cards is just not enough to be reliable in commander, and I would really like to pull it off.
(Kaalia is my commander, if that helps at all.)

And all will know the wonder of my dark and jeweled sky, when all the world is wrapped in an eternal lullaby.

If you have any way to bring creatures back from the 'yard you could run cards like Entomb and Buried Alive.

First thought is Rune-Scarred Demon. Because who doesn't like a free tutor?

For priming the lord, I'm honestly not sure there's much you can do beyondartifact ramp - Dark Ritual and the like work, but generally aren't great in EDH.

I almost want to suggest you use Sanguine Bond/Exquisite Blood instead of the lord, simply as they're harder to remove and take less mana investment; instead of having to tutor up the guildmage and the lord, and ramp, you've just got an enchantment and the guildmage. Much simpler all round.

If you still want to run the lord (and I'm presuming you're running plenty of high cmc creatures to make the most of Kaalia), Burnt Offering, Soldevi Adnate and Sacrifice give you *some* options.

(Of course, there's always the Eldrazi too.)

Dimir House Guard
Gemstone Array

Then theres always:
Heartless Summoning that can save you a bit of mana if the Lord comes out late...
