Pg. 09 Water Mephit is missing darkvision.

Pg. 24 Instinctive Flight should remove the reference that ''you must land at the end of your turn'' since it has an altitude limit already covering that and that it invalidate part of the Draconian Wings feat otherwise.
Pg. 11 Cryonax has 3 action points. Not sure if that's intentional.

Pg. 24 Concussive Vengeance the bonus of the attack roll scales incorrectly. Should be +3/+6/+9.

Pg. 25 Toxic Breath should specify more clearly whether the 1d6 poison damage is extra damage or a separate instance of damage. The latter would receive all the normal bonuses to damage rolls, making it very powerful at higher levels.

Pg. 25 Acidic Revenge the bonus of the attack roll scales incorrectly. Should be +3/+6/+9.

Pg. 28 What You Gain, after "Powers:", It should be If

Pg. 29 Psionic Classes: the first entry has no mechanical impact, and should be removed since it makes little sense. It should be replaced with an entry that states: "If your primary class grants the Psionic Augmentation class feature and you multiclass into a secondary class that also has this feature, you gain power points as normal". Reasoning.

In the second entry, the part "you can gain power points and at-will attack powers from the class only by taking other character elements, such as feats, that grant such benefits" makes no sense. If you can't get the secondary class' attack powers by multiclassing this way, there is no point in doing so.
Also, as described in the link from the previous paragraph, it's too harsh not to grant power points when you take a psionic secondary class. Now a character has to jump through too many hoops to get more than an unaugmentable at-will power. The article is better if this entry were removed entirely.
Pg. 11 Cryonax has 3 action points. Not sure if that's intentional.

A few high level epic Solos get 3 AP so i assume its intentional

1 month later, no changes to the articles. Should I continue to give feedback, or consider the mags to be abandoned by Wizards as well? (see other thread)

Late to the party here, but just removing the "you must land at the end of your turn" thing would allow them to end their turns in altitude 1, rather than only altitude 0 where all the land-bound folks stand.
To get the effect I think they were going for, it should say "you may not fly higher than altitude 1" rather than giving an altitude limit, or to make it sensible without introducing new rules to worry about, an altitude limit of 0, so ending your turn in the air always results in a fall.
