How does this work?  Where can I bring the baddie?
D&D Next = D&D: Quantum Edition
By strict RAW the grabbed creature must remain on the ground because Forceful Drag slides it and all the squares of a forced movement must be on the same horizontal plane unless it is flying, is moved through a substance such as water, or is on a non-horizontal surface, such as an incline, that supports it.

That being said i'd allow it for grabs to count as supporting personally.

RC 311 Two-Dimensional: Forced movement is normally two-dimensional; all the squares of the movement must be on the same horizontal plane. Forced movement can become three-dimensional when the target is flying, is moved through a substance such as water, or is on a non-horizontal surface, such as an incline, that supports it.
