 But... tokens... EDH...
What about tokens or EDH?
What about tokens or EDH?

How do I choose one of my 64 0/1 plant tokens (or whatever) at random?
Haha, I like it. However, it doesn't feel particularly izzet to me, it feels more Rakdos. Rakdos is more into reckless randomness. Esepecially if you start dropping the "you don't control" on some of the cards.

Also the bow card seems very broken. Early game its a sinkhole plus farseek for .
This doesn't feel that reckless if the spells can't hit your own stuff.

Reckless (cost) (You may cast this spell for its reckless cost. If you do, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, an opponent gains control of this spell and may choose new targets for it.)
Rules Advisor
Well, being only able to hit your stuff/only hit your opponent's stuff is for the same reasons they did it on Overload: No one would ever play the alt costs if they had a significant chance of being horrible for you.

I'm willing to bend that slightly for splashier things, see Kiss of Fire
Bow to the Nephilim

Sorcery
Gain control of target permanent you don't control.

This seems way too strong.

Yeah, I'm seeing that now.

You: t1 land
Me: t1 land, Bow.

Should be at least two, probably three.
