Hey guys.  I think this is a pretty straight forward answer but need clarification for a buddy.

Opponent attacks with a 13/13 and I block with two 7/7 first strikers.  What happens?

First strike damage is dealt and resolves....then "regular" combat occurs.

Since there is 14 points of first strike, the attacking 13/13 will die before dealing damage.
In normal combat phase, attacking creature and defending creature deal damage to each other at the same time. But if there is a first strike creature in combat (no matter be attacker or defender),you can think like this.
The first striker deal damage to his opponent (creature) first, then if that creature can be still alive,it deal damage back to the first striker.
In this case two 7/7 FS deal damage first,so 13/13 creature have 14 damage mark on it (= that's lethal damage) and dies with no chance to deal damage back to FS.
