Invisible with a spray tan, can you be seen?

I was just talking to a player about if he wanted his character to be able to turn invisable. Someone in the room who does game joined and and the conversation spiralled into this question:

Can you see the hallow man if he had a spray tan?

Thoughts?
Yes. Anything other easy questions you'd like answered?

This means that there are portions of this build dedicated to damage which can safely be removed and thrown elsewhere. For example, you probably don't need both Leap Attack AND Headlong Rush at the same time. You could pick up Extra Rage feats for stamina, feats to support AoO effects, feats that work towards potential prestige classes, and so on. However, you could also shift our ability scores around somewhat. I mean, if you're getting results like that with 16 starting Strength, maybe you can lower it to 14, and free up four points to spend somewhere else - perhaps back into Charisma, giving you some oomph for Intimidating Rage or Imperious Command if you want. You can continue to tune this until it deals "enough" damage - and that "enough" does not need to be "100%". It could easily be, say, 80% (leaving the rest to the team), if your DM is the sort who would ban one-hit killers.

So when do you think Bachmann will be saying she met a mother the previous night that had a son who got a blood transfusion using a gay guy's blood, and now the son is retardedly gay?

Well, the Invisibility spell (and variations) affect what you wear and hold too, so a spray tan would be hit by it too. However, the literary Invisible Man would be made visible by it because the means which made him invisible only extended to his biological components.

Despite the misspelling, the OP seems to be referring to the movie Hollow Man, starring Kevin Bacon. In which case, yes, a spray tan would cause him to become visible since they pretty much did exactly that in the movie when they made a latex mask of his face so they could see his face...

I'd rather assume the reference comes from The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells, not starring Kevin Bacon.  The first film based one this book came out in 1933, well before Bacon's piece of crap.  Hell, even the Invisible Woman from Fantastic Four came out before Hollow Man.

I know that's really off-topic.  I just wanted to stoop to your level of trying to make someone else feel inferior by making unfounded references and pointing out minor mistakes.  I don't feel like getting into how a solid latex mask is not quite exactly like an aerosol chemical.

Just, ugh, stop trying to make people feel stupid when they didn't even do anything. Everyone.

And Mad Jack is like the tamest guy here, and really doesn't deserve your ire.

MJ is the tamest guy here? Really? The guy who freely admits to hearing voices (among other things) in his head? And just think of all those celebrities he killed, just so hed have something to post about, and you think HE's the tamest guy here!?
Hmmmm, you know, after thinking about it some, as messed up as MJ is, I think you might be right!!

Well, the Invisibility spell (and variations) affect what you wear and hold too, so a spray tan would be hit by it too. However, the literary Invisible Man would be made visible by it because the means which made him invisible only extended to his biological components.

That only applies to stuff on the person when the spell is cast.  Stuff applied after is not impacted by the spell.  Glitterdust is a good example.  So think of spray tan as a poor man's Glitterdust or something.

Er, at least that's how we always ruled it.

*Two points about this gag. Firstly, every writer of anything makes typos and I’m no different. It’s “there but for the grace of God go I” rather than schadenfreude here. The second is something called Muphry’s Law (no, it is Muphry’s, not Murphy’s) which states that any piece correcting or laughing at a typo, spelling or grammatical mistake will contain at least one worse than the original being complained of.

Cuz buying a can of spray tan is way cheaper than renting a Wizard.  I mean, the extra insurance required alone makes it practically impossible.
