This games pretty straightforward....
I'm going to make a card. The next person makes a card that counteracts that card somehow. The next person makes a card to counteract that card.

Some rules:
1. Your card cannot refer directly to another card. (Example: Counter target spell named blah blah.)
2. In the case of two people posting quickly, you may choose one or make a card that counteracts both.
3. Have fun...

I hope that this is safe with changelings. Since it's only a -X/-X effect it shouldn't be too bad unless there's a way to revers it into a +X/+X at which point not many people would know what P/T boost a changeling would get.
