i chose to keep the ajani i have in already because i want to use its final effect i'll have more than enough to end the game but i have considered goldmane.
21 lands is a little low for 69 card deck... you really need to make some cuts if you want this deck to play well. Try cutting Ajani, he's nice and all, but aside from his ultimate, he doesn't fit your deck at all. Ajani Goldmane would have been a better fit here since his +1 actually helps your theme and the -1 helps strengthen your defense vice putting on an incredible, but non-synergistic offense . But anycase, like I said too many cards. you might want to consider moving the elixirs into the SB just for the sake cutting cards. Maybe cut the Pride Guardians too, think about it. At most you're only going to get 1 good block with the guardian and your opponent will make sure it dies when that happens. So the fact it has a higher toughness than the moth doesn't mean much. I recommend cutting the Elixirs  Aajanis and Pride Guardians from the MD and dropping down to 60 cards and see how it plays. I'm sure you'll see that you'll draw more lands and actually be able to play you high casting cards like Beacon, Rhox and Sovereign.

I agree with Kashonismw about dropping all the etb creatures, it's a one time use.  Also I would drop Healing Salve and Whitesun passage.  Same thing.  You really only need 1 Elixir of Immortality.   Also I would up the Serra Ascendants to 4.    Drop the sky ruin down to 2 and add Kabira Crossroads.  A few cards other cards to consider would be:

martyr of sands one of the best life gain cards
congregate same as above
kami of false hope built in fog
chastise help against creatures attacking and gain life
solemn offering get rid of enchantments and artifacts that would affect your board and gain life
well of lost dreams your gaining all that life why not put it use and draw some cards
Proclamation of Rebirth a little graveyard recurrison is nice with martyr and kami
heart of light combos with golden moth
Divinity of Pride if you can afford it

As someone with a very strong casual lifegain deck, going to be very honest here.

Goldenglow Moth is pretty bad. Pretty much 1 mana for 3 life + card disadvantage.
Cathedral Sanctifier is more or less the same.
Without Proclamation of Rebirth, I can't get behind Martyr of Sands - again, card disadvantage without the proclamation
I don't like Elixir of Immortality at all in a lifegain deck. Elixir does somewhat ok in decks that can fetch it for free, like blue decks with Trinket Mage, and even then as a 1-of. In this deck, it's again just card disadvantage.
Ajani's Mantra may as well be card disadvantage. Minimal impact, though at least its continuous and they have to use a card if they want to stop it (they'll prob just beat face instead and just accept that they'll need to do an extra damage each turn).
Healing Salve is, again, almost always going to be card disadvantage.
Beacon of Immortality is, again, card disadvantage.

See the trend? The deck's full of card disadvantage. Card disadvantage works in ultra fast decks like monored burn, that will happily give up cards, because by the time the opponent could start getting card advantage and grinding out the long game, they're already dead. This isn't monored burn.

The most common lifegain deck that more or less works is soul sisters - Soul Warden, Serra Ascendant, Soul's Attendant, Ajani's Pridemate, Ranger of Eos and some other stuff here and there. My own one is a slower, mid/long game deck that focuses on control/card advantage. I'll post the list so you can see the difference between it and yours.

Could definitely live without the Fel Sov and the Avatar, but they're both in there because I enjoy playing with them, simple as that. Rest of the crits are pretty key. Mother isn't modern legal, meaning that if the deck is made modern legal it loses a lot of potential power. What to replace it with becomes a very tough choice. Brave the Elements could be good, but the thing about Mother was that she was a good early blocker. Could always just include 4 more removal spells.

Everflowing Chalice as early ramp helps, and if it's later and I get a big one, that just means more draw from the Well. The Well offers insane card advantage in a lifegain deck, even with just the Wall of Rev it becomes : draw a card. Other 12 are the removal spells; can be recycled via Mistveil Plains, plus the shuffle of Thawing Glaciers (if you were to keep it modern legal I'd look at including some sort of self shuffle in their somewhere for the removal - also, Swords can easily get swapped for Path to Exile or something like Condemn, depending on your tastes).

Essentially, if you are using card disadvantage in a deck, you want to turn that into overwhelming superiority or future card advantage. Your deck doesn't do that, so it needs to either be card neutral, or have card advantage in their somewhere.
