Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.

If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. Please do not disrupt the thread by making requests of either kind in-thread.

This implies you expect the client to come out of beta before the end of the year too.
Free Speech
Free speech is the right to speak your mind without government censorship and without fear of extralegal retaliation like harassment or violence. That’s all! Free speech doesn’t include the right to speak your mind on any forum anywhere. The government may not prevent you from speaking, but private parties, like blog owners or corporations, aren’t required to let you use their property as your platform. Free speech doesn’t include the right to be believed or to be taken seriously. People may mock, ridicule or laugh at what you say, or they may reject it outright. Free speech doesn’t include the right to be listened to. People who don’t desire to hear your opinion can hang up on you, block you on social media, change the channel, close the browser tab. Free speech doesn’t give you the right to bombard people with harassing messages or otherwise force them to pay attention to you against their will. And free speech doesn’t include the right to suffer no consequences whatsoever for your expressed opinions.

Unfortunately that seems to have been implied by past news articles.

it's come a long way, but it most definitely is not ready yet.

Its in a better state than V3 when it was released. Although thats not saying much.

I've bought the cards and made a deck Now how do I win at this?

I want to know how they will be released, not when will they be released.  Surely they will release this well before the launch date of said way of release?
People have been wondering and theorizing about how they will be released for years and years.  Many articles, podcasts, and message board threads have been produced on this topic.  At this point, we just still have to be patient but with the knowledge that they'll be here in the forseeable future.

For the record, the most common theories I've heard are:
- From the Vault: Power 9 - everyone gets a chance to own them, they retain their value, but there's no excitement about drafting them
- "Hidden Treasures" in an existing set.  Although usually those theories revolved around ME4 or Masques block.  Both have come and gone with no power.
- Prizes in some sort of tournament, MOCS, PTQ, whatever - they keep their value and rarity, but would most likely be in extremely short supply.
- As mythics in ME5 - usually this is followed by "but there are not enough good cards left to make an ME5," which is true.  It's also usually followed with "so they should put in Wasteland, Null Rod, Lion's Eye Diamond..." and so on, which I don't think will happen.

My personal opinion and what I want (not that you asked, but my guess is as good as anyone's!): Masters Edition 5 that pulls from Alpha through Alliances, Portal, and Starter and has no qualms about reprinting cards so that it works in limited.  That way there's no limitations about which sets they are mainly pulling from (ME2, 3, and 4 stuck mostly to 3 or 4 early sets each) and no limitations about making it work in limited.  That way we can have a fun limited environment and chance to draft Power.

Unless they come up with something completely new that we haven't thought of in 10 years of talking about it, that's what I hope they do.
I also love speculating, in all senses.

MtG is 20 years old this year, so I'm theorising it will be part of that celebration. I'd like to see a solution that gives everybody a fair (though not necessarily identical) chance to own them. This may be achievable by a combination of methods.

So, I hope the From the Vaults does not happen. It's just far too unromantic. Also, it is not releasable IRL.

I don't entirely buy the 'hidden treasures' theory for the same reason, but see below.
I could imagine the P9 as prizes, but I do feel that that would be unfair to poor and casual players if that were the only means of distribution. Also, speaking as someboy who has limited free time, I would be upset if they required a given number of wins like the FOW promo.

The problem with the MED5 theory is that Modern Masters has been announced for around the same timeframe.

I'm rather expecting that it will be something to do with M14 ot the next big set. M14 might very well play up the anniversary theme. Maybe even to the extent of using a new card frame (or even the old frame). However, I'd be surprised if the P9 were mythics in the traditional 15 per core set sense since that would leave the core set short on really exciting playables (that are creatures and spells, not P9 if you get my drift) and because it would also not work IRL. I suppose a 24 mythic M14 is possible online.

Alternatively if the next big set returns to Zendikar, the 'hidden treasures' might come online which was not the case in the original Zendikar.

The other thing I would like to see is lifetime player rewards as part of P9 distribution (but certainly not the only means). I've played IRL since Beta and Online since the original Ravnica, so I do have a vested interest though.

With 818 cards not printed in MTGO I don't see how people cain say there are not enough good cards.  Especially if there will probably be some overlap between an ME5 and some other ME_ set.  Maybe even some other exesting sets.  Though I don't know if ME is just restricted to the sets they don't want to reprint due to being bad for drafting or not?

Have you looked at the 818 cards left? Apart from the P9 there are about a couple of dozen cards that would be considered ok in a modern set. Then there are the ante & dexterity cards. That leaves 700ish cards, of which the best would be considered chaff in a modern set, the rest are so bad they make chimney imp look good.

I have just had an idea for making MED5 though.
Mythic: P9 plus a couple of reprints of similar power/cost cards.
Rares and uncommons: made up of the best of what is left, but mainly reprints from Med1-4
Then the commons are every other card not released yet. This would make any given common in the set as rare as the mythics.
The draft experence would proabbly be rubbish, although the if all the rares and uncommons where good it might not be as bad as some med sets. However the huge draw of the P9 would mean the set got played. The low play level might keep the P9 at the high price point that wotc seems to want dispite being on sale like a regular clasic set. The "rare" commons are so useles they would also be cheap despite the low amount printed.
That's all a rubbish idea though, so wotc are free to ignore it.

I've bought the cards and made a deck Now how do I win at this?

There are several cards on there I like to play with or find interesting.  Why should you get to play with all the cards on mtgo that you like but others be kept from playing with some card they like?  As far as the ante and dexterity:
"Ante Cards, Dexterity Cards (Chaos Orb) and Shahrazad are banned from all formats and have been removed."

So those have already been removed.  Which makes me think that maybe you didn't look at the list and just made an assumption on it?
There have been more than enough threads about people guessing how it will come out...  I would think they know already how it is coming out, when are they going to reveal it!?

Not before they anounce the relase date of V4.

Chris Kiritz announced that the Power Nine were coming at the end of this article. He said that they had not decided what they were going to do. That was only two months ago. They cannot reveal anything if they have not finalized the plan yet.
