Top spell choices

My DM has allowed me to take my spell from any class list in existence. I'm a specialist wizard in divination and I've banned evocation. I'm also an incantatrix and have banned enchantment. My question is what are the best touch and personal range protective spells at each level. I'll be taking archmage so I can get the reach spell high arcana so I can persist touch spells. I also intend to take spellguard of silverymoon so I can impart my personal protective spells on others. 3.0 and 3.5 spells are allowed.
The 3.0 version of Haste is pretty sick.

My apologies for that misunderstanding. If there are 2 versions of the same spell then I must use the most recent. Sorry.
Spells that ****ing kill people.  Add in Lesser Shivering Touch (Necro1, Frostburn), Shivering Touch (Necro3, Frostburn), Orb of Force (Conj4, Spell Compendium).

I beleive Wings of Flurry would also be helpful, but I don't remember the book.

I do, however, have one last lesson on this subject. That last one? The only build in this post that can one-shot average opponents[by dealing twice as much damage as they have HP? I would argue that it is not optimized. Why isn't it optimized? Because it's overkill. Overkill is NOT optimizing. This means that there are portions of this build dedicated to damage which can safely be removed and thrown elsewhere. For example, you probably don't need both Leap Attack AND Headlong Rush at the same time. You could pick up Extra Rage feats for stamina, feats to support AoO effects, feats that work towards potential prestige classes, and so on. However, you could also shift our ability scores around somewhat. I mean, if you're getting results like that with 16 starting Strength, maybe you can lower it to 14, and free up four points to spend somewhere else - perhaps back into Charisma, giving you some oomph for Intimidating Rage or Imperious Command if you want. You can continue to tune this until it deals "enough" damage - and that "enough" does not need to be "100%". It could easily be, say, 80% (leaving the rest to the team), if your DM is the sort who would ban one-hit killers.

So when do you think Bachmann will be saying she met a mother the previous night that had a son who got a blood transfusion using a gay guy's blood, and now the son is retardedly gay?

The issue with that is he is not a divine caster, and I don't remember if there is an arcane spell like anyspell to persist on yourself, otherwise yes those are very powerful suggestions

He did say "any spell list".  :omg!:
For cleric spells, you can't go wrong with Freedom of Movement, Divine Power, Righteous Might (all PHB), and Righteous Wrath of the Faithful (SC).

Another couple from the wizard spell list: Stand (PHB2) and Snake's Swiftness (either PHB2 or SC).

Any list including divine classes.

If a spell appears at different levels on different spell lists, do you get to pick the lowest?

Yes. My DM has also slowed my casting progression and lowered my spells per day for this great effect but I feel it may be worth it.
which way you want to go with your char ? gish type buffs , battlefield cotrol, SoS/SoD spells ?
and which level you are starting and until which level you think your campaign goes on ?
Starting at 10th level. Goes to 20. Self buff/party buff battlefield control. I know greater blink and greater mirror image and that stupid Druid 9 level spell that gives immunity to all energy types. Shapechange and other brokenness. I'm not going into melee or doing any damage myself. I just intend either eliminating enemies entirely or making them useless.
Then use the list of spells that ****ing kill people. It's designed to do exactly what you want.

I'd look for archivest handbooks. They can do that for divine classes, and specialize in getting spells early. The handbooks would probably outline it for you. Otherwise use that list of spells that kill people.

"In a way, you are worse than Krusk"                               " As usual, Krusk comments with assuredness, but lacks the clarity and awareness of what he's talking about"

"Can't say enough how much I agree with Krusk"        "Wow, thank you very much"

"Your advice is the worst"                                                  "I'd recommend no one listed to Krusk's opinions about what games to play"

grwb energy immunity instead and a rod of extend, normal. so with 3 lvl 6 a day you can get immunity to fire, cold, acid, sonic and elec and if you want toss in resistance superior. through the rod they all last 48 hours so you have to buff them all only every second day and can double use them
and for lowlevel spells take a look at bard or paladin wpell lisrs or simiar thinks, cause they sometimes get awesome spells at a lower level.
