What should my build be for this character idea?

Basically, I want a character who uses a crossbow to shoot grappling hooks/ropes (in between buildings, cliff faces, whatever), but is very stealthy, has high theivery, etc. Main skills should be Bluff, Theivery, Stealth, Acrobatics.

I was thinking human Ranger MC Rogue (Cunning sneak). Theivery is free, plus all the skills I want. Human for the two feats (MC for one, crossbow for the other.)

I'm trying to make a good striker, but also someone who could be a party face, and take out traps.

Feel free to go as indepth as you like. (Level 1, by the way.)

Thanks
Isn't this just basically going to be a Drow Artful Dodger? (because Drow have good crossbow feats)
Drow cunning sneak rogue with a hand cross bow. Get yourself a magical rope(of climbing?)
Drow Cunning Sneak, Dex/Cha, ignore int.
Drow Cunning Sneak, Dex/Cha, ignore int.

I wonder if it will be possible to have everyone from char-op post the same thingLaughing. Nothing more nothing less.
Ok so I maxed out Int and Wis....

Just kidding. Here's what I have thus far:

Male Good Drow Rogue (Cunning Sneak)

16 Dex
16 Cha
13 Str
12 Con
11 Wis
10 Int

Sharpshooter talent

Training in:
Acrobatics
Athletics
Bluff
Perseption
Stealth
Theivery

I just need help with the feats . Which one is best for this build? (Can be from any source)

Thanks
Are you using the standard point buy for your stats? Because you should ideally be starting with a pre-racialmod 16 in Dex and end up with an 18. Maybe even go for a post-racialmod 20. The 18 in Cha isn't as important though. Here's a couple of sample arrays:

10-14-18-8-14-16
11-13-18-8-10-18

Featwise, the standard advice I give to any rogue player at level 1 is to take Toughness and retrain later, unless you're using a background to sub your highest stat to HP. You could also consider Backstabber and Master at Arms.
Must resist urge to comment (further) about "rouge" vs "rogue."
Standerd points buy, I forgot that drow got +2 dex as well.

Here is the final build, any comments on how to make it better will be appriciated.

Arcana: -1 = -1 [intelligence]
Athletics: +5 = 0 [strength] +5 [class training]
Bluff: +9 = 4 [charisma] +5 [class training]
Diplomacy: +4 = 4 [charisma]
Dungeoneering: +2 = 2 [wisdom]
Endurance: +2 = 2 [constitution]

If I need to change anything else, tell me.

Thanks for the help!! (Also edited the Rouges to Rogues.)

That is NOT a standard point buy, lol.

If you want an 18 preracial, the final stats would probably look like 10/11/20/10/8/16
Yeah, the 10-14-18-8-14-16 array is after racial mods (Dex, Cha)

Rouges are overpowderd
"Invokers are probably better round after round but Wizard dailies are devastating. Actually, devastating is too light a word. Wizard daily powers are soul crushing, encounter ending, havoc causing pieces of awesome." -AirPower25 Sear the Flesh, Purify the Soul; Harden the Heart, and Improve the Mind; Born of Blood, but Forged by Fire; The MECH warrior reaches perfection.

Yup, that's about where my mind was going.  Maybe not with the called attacks, though.
