The decent amount of Burn with a smidge of White removal is quite nice and I guess just like Elvish Visionary. Seriously I would love to see what got picked over Thundermaw Hellkite in Round 2.
Went for Green - White. Its really tempting to change to red, coz i saw 3-4 Searing Spear and 2 Flames of the Firebrand were running around on pack 1-2.Round 1:ThragtuskPacifismBattleflight EagleCentaur CourserRing of KaloniaWarclamp MastiffGlorious ChargeDisentombTimberpack WolfElvish VisionaryBond BeetleCrippling BlightTitanic GrowthBountiful HarvestMountain

Jund mono bombs (Thragtusk, Hellkite and Nefarox). Nuff said.
I don't believe you have said anything.
Here was my first pass (going G/R with no access to Thundermaw, which is suprising). You have to make incorrect choices IMO to get to the thundermaw.

As I dislike G/W as a color combination, I don't ever end up taking Pacifism second. So in P1P3, if you go Black instead of the Ring, here is what I end up with:

Ends up being very powerful, but slower than the G/R.
Going white, you end up having almost no white and a very solid G/w deck. Nevarox could have been a splash but you end up getting another Pacifism and nothing to make you go black at that point.

Slower than all of the other decks, but has multiple counters, Tricks of the Trade for your Huntbeasts, and plenty of removal which is usually lacking in U/G.
From Mark Rosewater's Tumblr: the0uroboros asked: How in the same set can we have a hexproof, unsacrificable(not a word) creature AND a land that makes it uncounterable. How does this lead to interactive play? I believe I’m able to play my creature and you have to deal with it is much more interactive than you counter my creature.
MaRo: One of the classic R&D stories happened during a Scars of Mirrodin draft. Erik Lauer was sitting to my right (meaning that he passed to me in the first and third packs). At the end of the draft, Erik was upset because I was in his colors (black-green). He said, "Didn't you see the signals? I went into black-green in pack one." I replied, "Didn't you see my signals? I started drafting infect six drafts ago."
MaRo: I redesigned him while the effect was on the stack.
I have a really bad habit of always being part Black when I don't see a bomb that's in my colors, or when I see a bomb Black card. I didn't get passed the Thundermaw, and I know that if I did, things wouldv'e turned out better for me. Was really hard to pick between the Gorgon and Acidic Slime for me, and I really didn't like the white removal around. Also picked other useless stuff over Searing Spear, which I now really feel stupid over. Over all though, I think this deck can go Green with a splash of Black. Not my best Draft...Round 1:ThragtuskElvish VisionaryBloodhunter BatSearing SpearArbor ElfRavenous RatsElvish VisionaryFarseekTimberpack WolfBond BeetleBond BeetleCrippling BlightTitanic GrowthBountiful HarvestMountain
