whats a good spell to exile with  isochron scepter ?
Orim's Chant has been among the favorites for a long time. Counterspell, too. Or Fog, Silence, ...
depends what deck your running

red: the all time favorite lightning bolt, ive also seen reverberate
blue: counterspell,  redirect, stuff that makes you draw
black: doom blade
white: i agree with silence, angel's grace
green: stuff like titanic growth is nice

good combos i've also seen are dramatic rescue, also all of the new charms for their flexibility and usefullness

~Your either my puppet or my matchstick~

Pretty much any good or almost good instant you can stick on the stick will be good.

tokens
Artifact Mutation
Aura Mutation
Beckon Apparition
Druid's Deliverance
Raise the Alarm
Imprint Research // Development on Isochron Scepter and you can cast either side.  You can seek Rules Q&A if you don't believe me.
Spiritual Visit
Sprout
Sundering Growth
Selesnya Charm
Sprout Swarm
Sundering Growth
Vile Rebirth
Vitality Charm

land tutors
Crop Rotation (still have to sacrifice a land)
Evolution Charm
Tithe

I saw Lightning Bolt mentioned but nobody mentioned Lightning Helix.
Counterspell was mentioned but Memory Lapse or Remand are far more infuriating.

Agony Warp
Grasp of Darkness
Hindering Light
Test of Faith

Echoing Calm Echoing Courage Echoing Decay Echoing Truth

One of my mates had a deck once that used all the little instants that get better with more copies in the graveyard (e.g. Kindle, Accumulated Knowledge). That thing was sick once it got rolling...

Faerie Bleeder (The "Death By A Thousand Cuts" Faerie deck)
Braaiiins! (Mono-black Zombie control)
Verhexterring (Jinxed Ring / Grave Pact)
Flourishing Blowflies ( -1/-1 Counters)
Counterspell, Silence, and Tangle are all traditionally good targets.

Other options:

Heroes' Reunion or Lightning Helix can be crushing if you already have Drogskol Reaver out somehow.
In fact, any cantrip is good. I like giving my golems an Aggressive Urge or some Tel-Jilad Defiance.
Druid's Deliverance works for the same reason Tangle does.
In red, Galvanic Blast. Just two more artifacts and you get to wipe your opponent out, one hit at a time.
In black, Doom Blade or Go for the Throat or Eyeblight's Ending is a good way to get rid of creatures.
In white, Break of Day is great, especially when you're at low life.

By the way, the stick loves cantrips. I love Aggressive Urge or Tel-Jilad Defiance on a Precursor Golem for a repeatable Ancestral Recall for .

Split card hilarity:

You can use either half of the split card. Remember this.

Bound // Determined can get you lots of cards. Remember, you're casting a copy, so you exile the copy after it resolves. Then it doesn't exist anymore. Or stop counters.
Dead // Gone gives you a Shock or...an Unsummon that only works on creatures you don't control. (Splinter your opponent's Torpor Orb, cast it on his Phyrexian Dreadnought, and watch him cry.)
Stand // Deliver is fun. "Don't worry, I'm not playing land destruction." It's also a bounce spell you can use on your own stuff. Or it can prevent infect/deathtouch/wither damage better than a +0/+X spell could.
Research // Development lets your opponent decide: Ancestral Recall, three 3/1s, or somewhere in between.
Odds // Ends can trigger a surrender a deck that doesn't have a lot of tokens or recursion. (Or a Tajuru Preserver or Bubbles). Odds is a fun little coin flip card that does "heads I win, tails you lose".
Trial // Error is cool with Lure. The Trial half is anyway. Error's kinda narrow.
Fire // Ice Cantrip!
Hide // Seek can mess up combo decks a lot.
Wax // Wane is strictly better than Demystify, in that it can get you +2/+2.

14 posts and no mention of Time Walk? 14 FAILS!

EDIT: Okay, -14 fails and +1 fail, MINE. I was thinking of Panoptic Mirror... Apologies...

In black, Doom Blade or Go for the Throat or Eyeblight's Ending is a good way to get rid of creatures.

Eyeblight's Ending costs too much to get on a stick.
Ultimate Price, on the other hand...

I'm so used to seeing , but you're right. There's also that really janky removal spell in Cold Snap that costs four mana.

Thought of another one for red: Reverberate.

Green also has Bind, just because it counters an activated ability and cantrip.

Why hasn't anyone said Terminate? All this talk of destroy spells.............

Personally, though, I think the best ones so far are Bind and Counterspell. I enjoy Bind more than Stifle for the fact that you can draw a card as well, making it a bit more versatile.
