Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord ?

With the sacrifice the swamp and forest to return Jarad back to hand, couldn't that just be one Overgrown Tomb?
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord requires you to sacrifice two lands, one being a Swamp (besides maybe having other land subtypes too), the other being a Forest (again, besides maybe having other land subtypes too). One Overgrown Tomb is not enough to activate the ability.

It's not "sacrifice a land, then look at what types it had and what part of the activation cost it fullfils". It's "choose a part of the activation cost to pay, then sac a land of the appropriate subtype for this part of the activation cost."

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.

If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. Please do not disrupt the thread by making requests of either kind in-thread.

On a related note, does [C]Overgrown Tomb[/C] still count toward an ability like that from [C]Kavu Scout[/C]?

Yes.  It is a swamp and a forest, so the Scout will get the bonus from each.

Yes it does. The Scout looks for basic land types among the lands you control. Since the Tomb has two basic land types (swamp and forest), the Scout will get at least +2/+0. From Gatherer:

A number of nonbasic lands have basic land types. Domain abilities don't count the number of lands you control -- they count the number of basic land types among lands you control, even if that means checking the same land twice. For example, if you control a Tundra, an Overgrown Tomb, and a Madblind Mountain, you'll have a Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest among the lands you control. Your domain abilities will be maxed out.
