Junkyard Shopping, Terrain Dweller, and Volcanic Explosion

Just 3 rares here. I'm worried Volcanic Explosion is too good, but I can't think of a format where it could really do major damage and become broken. Not sure if Junkyard Shopping should be dual color with blue or something, or if this could just be a solely black card.

Junkyard Shopping 1bb
Enchantment [R]
If a player would search his or her library that player searches his or her graveyard instead.
Sometimes we've already encountered the solution.

Terrain Dweller 1rg
Creature- Elemental [R]
Trample
Terrain Dweller's power and toughness are equal to the number of lands you control with different names.
*/*

Volcanic Explosion 4rrrr
Instant [MR]
Volcanic Explosion deals 10 damage to target creature or player.
Flashback 6rrr
It was so powerful and caused an uncanny amount of damage.

My Causal Modern Decks Swag Flu (Mono Black Infect) http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/29788619/Swag_Flu_(Mono_Black_Infect) American Super Friends (White/Blue/Red Planeswalker Control) http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/29772319/American_Super_Friends_(Budget_WhiteBlueRed_Planeswalker_Control) Hong Kong (White/Red Norin Tokens)http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/29636557/Hong_Kong_(WhiteRed_Norin_Tokens)
Although some other people used that idea before, your first card is very nice! Since most decks are playing a very large variety of lands anyway, your second card is very strong on your third turn and becomes even stronger on your following turns, it's harder to accomplish the same thing when you're playing cards like Magnivore + Terravore, because that requires a lot more dedication..
I really like #1, it's very unusual and good against a variety of decks. #2 might be a bit strong, I'd put it at 4 cmc given the trample. Finally, Volcanic Explosion seems a bit weak compared to Devil's Play, I could see it at seven mana. Sorin's Vengeance is seven mana, so it seems about right.

Show
Æther Rider Creatuere - Spirit (U) Vanishing 0 (This permanent enters the battlefield with zero time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.) Flying : Put a time counter on ~. Any player may activate this ability. It comes on the wind, from realms unknown. 2/2 Kaldurian Behemoth Creature - Beast (R) Mana produced by lands may not be used to pay ~'s mana cost. Trample On Kalduria, the beasts are too good to eat common grass. 10/10 Demonic Arbitrator Sorcery Starting with you, each player may pay any amount of life. If any player paid life, repeat this process. If a player paid more life in total than any other, that player searches his or her library for a card and puts that card into his or her hand. Then that player shuffles his or her library. "Your sacrifice has been judged worthy. What power do you require?"

I initially had it at 7 and was thinking about Sorin's Vengegnace (and Devil's Play), but it's instant speed, not sorcery speed.

I don't know if the Dweller would be too good, it would be good in Modern and Vintage, but in other formats it would be pretty lousy right? How many different land names do people control in Standard usually?

Your third card shouln't be an instant, because that's not a spell that you're casting quickly.. Most spells with higher mana costs are sorceries, unless it's heavily justified by flavor + mechanic that it's an instant..

cats, just so you know, Firemind's Foresight is a thing. Honor, I think your card is fine at 7 as a sorcery or 8 as an instant, as flashback~lifegain in the Sorin's Vengeance comparison. However, I don't think it needs triple red, in either case.

As for Dweller, I looked up a couple of recent standard decks that could cast it, one was Naya aggro with 9 different lands, and  one was 5cc with 14 different lands. I think it will very often be as big as possible, especially with farseek+duals in standard. Once rtr rotates, the number might go down, but I think it's a little too strong as is. Compare to Korlash, Heir to Blackblade, which is about as restrictive (all swamps vs. all different).

That's why Firemind's Foresight can exist!

I think it's fine as an instant, I mean it is a volcanic explosion btw. It probably can cost less. Maybe 4RRR

The Dweller should cost 1 more in hindsight. Not too much more though, it has no evasion, no ETB effects or LTB effects, etc.

Since when do 6/6 creatures with trample need evasion?
