Yes, it's Exalted, no I'm not original, a fair bit of the fluff and names and such came from either Revlid's expansion charms on White Wolf's forums or Xefas's 3.5 conversions on GitP.  I own nothing and am a thoroughly reprehensible person. Tongue Out

Once there was a maiden...
...who struck an iron wall until it shattered her hand.
She did not stop, though cracks spread throughout her bones.
She did not stop, though blood sprayed her eyes.
She did not stop until she shattered the wall.
"Survival is fury," she
said.

-Scripture of the One-Handed Maiden

Rage shapes the world.  Violence is the potential within every being's nature, simmering anger waiting only for the right trigger.  A man jealous of his brother's possession begins a war for it that rearranges the face of the world.  A cat, in its boredom, kills a bird, and leaves it to rot in the sun.  Every act of violence, every fit of anger, all of it is the Infernal Monster, straining at the bonds of its prison.

Mortals are not the first to tap into its power, nor will they be the last.  The martial tradition bearing the Monster's name is not to be taken lightly.  It cannot be taught, nor mastered.  The only way to learn it is to lose yourself in the Monster's grip, to give in to the black rage and the resulting frenzy of violence.  The Monster can, however, be tamed, if only slightly:  To employ its power requires only the slightest slip of one's restraints.  To draw oneself back from its slavering maw requires the utmost discipline.

OBSTREPEROUS RAGING ASURA
"Is this what gods do!?  There is no need... for gods that only TAKE... for gods of DEATH!"

Prerequisites:  11th level, barbarian and monk, One Hand Fury

Masters of the martial arts sometimes speak of their bodies being temples, each kata a prayer to the god of that particular style.  If the Monster is a temple, it is one whose laymen have been eaten alive by their deity, a loathsome beast who slouches atop its bloodstained altar.

Obstreperous Raging Asura Features

Clenched-Fist Krodha Soul (11th Level):  You can spend an action point to make a melee basic attack with your monk unarmed strike against each creature adjacent to you, instead of taking an extra action.

Perfected Rage-Saint Sarira (11th Level):  Your monk unarmed strike is now treated as a double weapon.  The primary and secondary ends of the weapon are identical (+3 proficiency, d8 damage, off-hand property) and benefit from any feats you may have that alter the properties of your monk unarmed strike, except that the secondary end cannot gain the stout property.

Pummel the Horizon (16th Level):  Your reach when attacking with your monk unarmed strike on your turn is "sight."

Requirement:  You must be wielding your monk unarmed strike.

Requirement:  You must make this attack with your monk unarmed strike.

PANIC-INDUCING OGRE
"Death would only end your agony and silence your shame.  I will not kill you.  I will break you."

Prerequisites:  11th level, barbarian and monk, trained in Intimidate

Heroes stand tall and bare their blades against the Monster.  They are fools, but at least they die with dignity, unlike those who cower and lurch from the beast's blows.  Let them shiver in their foxholes!  The Monster will sniff them out in due time.

Hit:  5[w] + Strength modifier damage, and the target is knocked prone.  The target provokes an opportunity attack for standing up on its next turn.  Make a secondary attack, which has the implement keyword, in a close burst 5.
Secondary Target:  Each enemy in the burst, except for the enemy hit by the primary attack.
     Attack:  Strength vs. Will
Hit:  The target is dazed until the end of its next turn.  Aftereffect:  You menace the target (save ends).

PRIMEVAL GOD-MONSTER
You are the beast of blood and rage, the Monster in miniature, but hollow inside.  Now, the true Monster fills that emptiness with the eons-old rage that always belonged there.  The slaughter you now create will serve to inspire new Monsters for generations to come.

Prerequisites:  21st level, barbarian and monk, Infernal Monster Style

Anger, malice, murder - this is what the Infernal Monster is.  Whether one calls it insanity, or righteous fury, or a just execution, or natural selection, or simple hate, it is always the Infernal Monster.  When the first gods took up their spears and stabbed at the chaos, slaying their first elementals, the Infernal Monster was there.  And they shouted, "Glory to the Monster, for these wretched things deserve death, and it is through the Monster that we deliver justice."  And when the primordials retaliated, and the brothers and sisters and children of the gods fell into bloodied heaps, they cursed the Monster, saying, "What a terrible thing you are, that you would smile on the death of our loved ones!"

So it was that when the most ancient of evil things was sealed within the Abyss, so too did they lock away the Monster.  But the gods could not build their prison too great.  They would have to allow the Monster to bend its bars and claw at its freedom; for order to prevail, there must be much death, and much suffering.  Such poetic notions are far too complex for the Monster to contemplate.  It does not care for whom its bloodlust benefits.  It does not care that it is caged.  It does not care that it even is.  Blood and death and screaming and carnage must happen.  Now, if not sooner.  That is all that it cares for.

Living the Destiny
You are rage and death and murder.  Never has there been carnage like that which you have become.  The planes overflow with blood as their denizens drown in their own gore.  All life serves as your sport and your buffet, happily mewling at your feet as you disembowel it.  Again.  And again.  And again.

Primeval God-Monster Features

Smoldering Rage Beast (21st Level):  You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.  In addition, whenever you take damage from an attack you are considered to be raging until the end of your next turn.  If you are already raging, your attacks deal +1d8 damage against the attacking creature instead.

Fury is Freedom (24th Level):  When you enter a rage, any effects rendering you dazed, stunned or dominated immediately end.  If you are subject to such an effect while you are raging, you can immediately make a saving throw against it, even if it would not normally allow a save.

Untamed Apocalypse Shintai (30th Level):  Choose one daily rage power of 19th level or lower.  You do not need to know this power.  You are considered to be raging and benefit from the effect of the chosen power at all times.  If an effect or power would allow you to enter a different rage, you gain the benefit of both rages simultaneously.

Daily @ Primal, Psionic, Rage
Free Action - Close burst 10

Gah, forgot to ask for [PEACH] in the title. @_@
Have to say, I like the concept.  I'm wayyyy too tired to look it all over tonight, but I'll get on this tomorrow for sure.

One thing I did notice in the very first feat would be that it might be slightly overpowered - I might grant the flurry of blow to only every Monk, Barbarian, or Paragon Path that requires Monk or Barbarian powers.

Before posting, why not ask yourself, What Would Wrecan Say?

Really?  Almost eighty views and only one comment?  Not cool, guys! Frown

Hybrid Rampage works with everything.  Wanted to fix Flurry of Blows the same way.
...One hundred views.  No further comments.  I'm going to assume this is fine as-is, then.
I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have bothered... Frown
