The Twelve Days of Wintersday 3!

Hello, and welcome to the third pseudo-annual Twelve Days of Wintersday contest! The krampus stole it away, so it was absent for the past... two years, I guess. BUT IT'S BACK!

Instead of the ridiculous stacking criteria every day, which was difficult to make and difficulter to make good designs for, I've change it up. There's enough holiday stress as it is!

There will be 12 criteria. You will submit up to 12 cards, max of one entry per criteria. You can submit to as many or as few criteria as you please. I will pick winners for each round individually as well as overall winners, so you have a chance for recognition even if you don't want to submit for all 12 criteria.

The twist: Each of your submissions must have a unique converted mana cost, from up to ! So, you can do just a 4, or a 1, 3, 6, and 11, but if you do all 12 criteria you have to use all 12 costs. You can mix and match the costs and the criteria as you please.

This contest will close sometime after New Years, so you can create at your leisure over the holiday season.

As long as you control a Snow permanent, Fleetfoot Elk has flying.
Those who say it's impossible simply recall have the sense of wonder left to make it real.

Players may pay to cast Planeswalker spells or activate abilities of Planeswalkers.
Players and Planeswalkers have protection from Planeswalkers.
The rules of the conclave are clear: No violence, and each attendee must contribute one spell to the Conclave Grimoire.

Mizzium Replicating Cube is indestructible.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may create a copy of Mizzium Replicating Cube and exchange control of the copy with target non-land permanent.

When Fibril Carrier dies, put ten 1/1 green saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Weak not from size, but because all its effort is focused on containment.

Reveal the top half of your library, rounded up. Put all Kavu permanent cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.

If you control at least three snow lands, ~ has shroud.

Snow banks are wonderous winter features, except for the ones with big glowing red eyes.
