1st off use the autocard which is [ c ] cardname [ / c ] without the spaces[this will make it easier to help, because allows people to hover over the card to read it]

Though as a Golgari player I would recommend getting more dreg mangler -a personal favorite of mine-
and arbor elf [both are commons and really cheap]

as for a basis

Looked at what you have I would probably go for start [not much to work with here]:

Land 24
 11 Swamps
 10  Forest
 1 Svogthos, the Restless Tomb
 1 Barren Moor
 1 Tranquil Thicket

Creatures: 23
1 Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
4 Strangleroot Geist
3 Skinrender
4 Viridian Emissary
1 Eternal Witness
2 Elves of Deep Shadow
1 Putrid Leech
2 Dreg Mangler
1 Shambling Shell
1 Gleancrawler
1 Doomgape
1 Acidic Slime
1 Bloodgift Demon

Sorcery/Instants 7
1 life from the loam - combbine with Barren Moor and Thicket you have a nice draw engine
2 Putrefy
1 Vigor Mortis
3 Doom blade

artifacts 6
 2 Golgari Keyrune
 1 Golgari Signet
2 Birthing Pod
1 Mortarpod

Total 60

Its not the best, it should get you started playing. The deck above needs alot of work. Only thing I can say is play around with it, make changes as you see fit, and as you get new cards. And eventually get a deck working around a theme instead of trying to put a theme together as seen above

Thankyou so much! I did have doubts about people actually helping me and doing this. But thankyou
What is your path to victory? Birthing pod decks are extrmely powerful because they use toolbox creatures. There is another common golgari theme loosely defined as reanimators. Which are you aiming for?

Another thing to keep in mind is budget and legality. Many of the best toys come from sets long past. Will you use things such as animate dead , exhume or life // death in your deck.

Here is a very complicated example of a deck that tries to be both a reanimator and a toolbox birthing deck. It does neither well and is slow to boot so its only real use is in multiplayer. It is a better example of a tollbox than it is of a reanimator since its only reanimator tech is some discard wild mongrel, bonded fetch and recurring nightmare. It of course can dig easily for any of the reanimator pieces, and recurring nightmare can be used before anyone can cast anything if you use it like a planeswalker just cast, but it is very vulnerable to counterspells.

4 birds of paradise accelleration and mana fixing
1 wild mongrel discard outlet
1 reassembling skeleton from gy to play creature
1 kitchen finks sacrificial , lifegain, counter source
1 bonded fetch discard outlet
1 murderous redcap direct damage, sacrificial, counter source
1 glen elendra archmage counterspell, sacrifical
1 shriekmaw destruction
1 vengeful pharaoh destruction
1 Mikaeus, the Unhallowed fun with persist
1 Keiga, the Tide Star toolbox control
1 damia, sage of stone card draw toolbox
1 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite toolbox control
1 Sheoldred, Whispering One toolbox reanimator
1 woodfall primus toolbox destruction
1 reya dawnbringer toolbox reanimator
1 Kozilek, Butcher of Truth graveyard reshuffler
1 Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre graveyard reshuffler

4 swords to plowshares early removal
4 enlightened tutor early tutor
2 power conduit fun with persist and counters in general
2 coalition relic accelleration, mana fixer, fun with counters
2 rancor trample and pump
1 greater good recycler and discard outlet
1 birthing pod toolbox finder
1 batterskull another source of lifegain and infinite creatures findable with the tutor
1 recurring nightmare reanimator

4 temple garden
4 sunpetal grove
