0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

I think she's alright.  If you have ways to get her through she can be really good.  Like if you have the New Prahv dude and have her fly over everyone.

Not an early pick but she is ok.

I think 2.0. Your opponent's will go to great lengths to ensure they don't get hit by this.
1.5. Never a good performer.

Occassionally when catering, I've been put the task of arranging Fruit and Cheese or Grilled Vegetable platters. More than once a high class buffet has started with the mark of Phyrexia upon it. Since i've got a good eye for color so it looks great to people who don't get the "joke" (it's a niceley divided circle after all: the outline gives you 4-6 "regions" to work with), this has actually got me put on platter design more often, resulting in Phyrexia's presence at more private and industry events.
I have 6917 Planeswalker points, that's probably more than you. [c=Hero's Resolve]"Destiny, chance, fate, fortune, mana screw; they're all just ways of claiming your successes without claiming your failures." Gerrard of the Weatherlight[/c]
2.0

I've had it be pretty good at eating removal because of opponents being afraid of me getting the card draw. Also, in the decks I usually play it in (re: detain heavy or pursuit of flight/teleportal) I have drawn a decent number of cards off it. Pretty mediocre though if you don't have anything to help it through.
1.5-2.0. Solid in Izzet, not that solid in Azorius unless you're running the heavy-detain style (Azorius Justiciar and this gal is a great couple).

Definitely not as good as earlier in the format.  Most of the time it just sits there these days, and unless you have some way to push damage through just isn't going to do much for you.  Still, a splashable 2/2 for 3 isn't awful, and the added ability if you get her through is very nice.  Early on in the format I would pick these pretty highly, and be running a solid 3-4 copies.  THese days I'm happy to pass it more often than before and often settle on a 1-2 copies in the deck.

I'll give a 2.0.  If I'm in color, sure.  Won't feel bad about including it in any deck running blue.  THat said, I wouldn't mind pulling it out for something better.
1-1.5

If she connects it's great, but I've never seen her connect in games where the defender wasn't already on their backfoot and doomed.

I found Carmen Sandiego before you were born unless you're Zlehtnoba.

I'll go 1. It just doesn't perform that well. I have only had it work against me a handful of times.
Solid 2.0

I've had it work for me many times. I've had it beat me as well.

1.5 for me.
If the board is stalled, it doesn't do anything on it's own.
If you're behind on board, it won't help you.
If you're ahead on board, it'll get you furter ahead, but not on it's own.

In a detain deck I usually get to draw 1 card off of it. It works great with pursuit of flight, but so does every other 3 drop.
I don't like playing it. If you're on the draw it's almost always an expensive bear.
