Is it correct that, at the end of my swift leap (a move action) I can unleash a Full-Attack? And then I still have a standard action left?

I joke that D&D Next is what happens when, A Christmas Carol-like, 3rd & 4th edition's ghosts travel back in time to an evening near the end of AD&D 2E's life, and say "this is what is coming" and so AD&D 2E heads off in a different direction. So, it's like alt-reality AD&D 3rd, maybe?Cam Banks

While that is what it says via RAW, it seems to me that RAI is interpreting it like pounce, making a full attack at the end of a charge, but where the Swift Leap is treated similarly to the charge's movement.

There was a short discussion over at EN World about this a few years back. It seemed to be the general concensus that it would be a tad overpowered to allow the full attack and another standard action.
