Traitorous Instinct (if you are not familiar) is a red socery in which you "Gain conrol of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. Until end of turn, it get gets +2/+0 and gains haste."

Pentavus  is an artifact creature, and it reads " Pentavus comes into play with five +1/+1 counters on it. You may pay 1, remove a +1/+1 coutner from Penavus: Put a 1/1 Pentavite artifact creature token with flying into play. You may also pay one and sacrifice a pentavite: Put a +1/+1 counter on Pentavus. "

My question is, When traitorous instinct gains control of Pentavus until end of turn, may he pay mana to put artifact creature tokens onto the battlefeild, and at the end of the turn, does  he keep the artifact creature tokens, and if he uses all 5 does pentavus go to the graveyard?

Yes, he gets to keep the tokens.  If he uses all the counters and Pentavus's toughness goes to zero then it will go to the graveyard.
