Wouldn't these be in Sinker? Since it's all 10 guilds.

It huuuuuuuurts.
Maybe these are the Sinker duals - I tend to think that we won't get utility lands given that we just had a cycle in innsitrad. Could be actual duals...

legendary duals - no other drawback. They don't sound legendary though.
functional reprints of the filter lands - more likely if sinker is a hybrid set
functional reprints of fetchlands (much less likely, but I do think its time we had a reprint of the allied fetches)
a new dual template - I really hope not, unless they're at uncommon... in which case maybe something like

Funny story: InQuest Magazine (I think it was InQuest) had an oversized Chaos Orb which I totally rooked someone into allowing into a (non-sanctioned) game. I had a proxy card that was a Mountain with "Chaos Orb" written on it. When I played it, my opponent cried foul: Him: "WTF? a Proxy? no-one said anything about Proxies. Do you even own an actual Chaos Orb?" Me: "Yes, but I thought it would be better to use a Proxy." Him: "No way. If you're going to put a Chaos Orb in your deck you have to use your actual Chaos Orb." Me: "*Sigh*. Okay." I pulled out this huge Chaos Orb and placed it on the table. He tried to cry foul again but everyone else said he insisted I use my actual Chaos Orb and that was my actual Chaos Orb. I used it, flipped it and wiped most of his board. Unsurprisingly, that only worked once and only because everyone present thought it was hilarious.

Hi guys! So, I'm a sort of returning player to Magic. I say sort of because as a child I had two main TCG's I liked. Yu-Gi-Oh, and Pokemon. Some of my friends branched off in to Magic, and I bought two pre-made decks just to kind of fit in. Like I said, Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon were what I really knew how to play. I have a extensive knowledge of deck building in those two TCG's. However, as far as Magic is concerned, I only ever used those two pre made decks. I know how the game is played, and I know general things, but now I want to get in the game for real. I want to begin playing it as a regular. My question is, are all cards ever released from the time of the inception of this game until present day fair game in a deck? Or are there special rules? Are some cards forbidden or restricted? Thanks guys, and I will gladly accept ANY help lol.
I have the same problem with women.

That's what RPJesus tends to do. That's why I don't think he's a real person, but some Magic Card Archive Server sort of machine, that is programmed to react to other posters' comments with obscure cards that do in fact exist, but somehow missed by even the most experienced Magic players. And then come up with strange combos with said cards. All of that is impossible for a normal human to do given the amount of time he does it and how often he does it. He/It got me with Light of Sanction, which prompted me to go to RQ&A to try and find if it was even possible to do combat damage to a creature I control (in light that Mark of Asylum exists).

10/10. Amazing.
Probably utility lands, but tied very closely to the mechanics of each guild in question.  like, maybe:

Rakdos Murder-Gras
Land
Add to your mana pool.
All creatures with Unleash get +1/+0 and Trample.

Not checked for balance, but something along this lines.

No, because that would actually be cool.

Expect something like this:

Sacrifce a creature: Murder-Gras deals 1 damage to target creature.

, , Sacrifice ~: Search your library for a Swamp or Mountain card and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.

Anyway, Orzhov commons? When did the Orzhov develop any sort of communist ideology? Though it would combo with Squandered Resources for a flavor win. (For those who don't get it, it's a tragedy of the commons.)

I beleive it is refering to the types of commons you would find in a school... since they teach lawyers and whatnot...
I hope these aren't utility lands.  Always hated playing with and against those lands.  Always felt like they were color screwing me, while when my opponent played them against me they just wrecked me.
I don't think a single piece of artwork here looks like it would be a card. It looks more like loading screens for a video game.

These really don't seem any more powerful than the fastlands. Not every multicolor deck would play enough multicolor cards for this to be on reliably, and even then, there's variance.

what id DOES do is encourage everyone, in this standard, new standard and the eternal formats, to run a bunch of dual-color spells, which i believe is something wizards is trying to avoid.

I'm inclined to agree. Of course, once they shrink them down, they'll be less digital in appearance, but blown up these look fairly terrible. Magic usually has higher standards w/r/t art.

Agreed. Dual lands is wishful thinking.

That would be incredibly good, considering Orzhova, the Church of Deals does both of those things for more than twice the cost. I do like the idea of guild utility lands with one activated ability for each color, though. I'll go ahead and guess based on your template.

Show
Azorius Legislative District

The Orzhov one would have to cost 3 or 4 mana apiece - Compare Stensia Bloodhall. Similarly, the red side of Izzet would need to cost more, probably more like 4 or 5.

The white side of Boros Precinct seems powerful, especially in Limited. Both sides quite strong in Limited, actually.
I figured each of those abilities were basically one half of Orzhova, the Church of Deals. I was considering changing the effects to something similar to Night // Day or Zealous Persecution.

What if I restricted the red half to damaging just creatures? Although truth be told, I was considering giving Izzet card draw functions like Dimir currently has, if it weren't for "Shadow Market" providing flavor incentive. My angle with these abilities is to support the guild's mechanic in some way, though that's difficult to do for the Gatecrash guilds at the time of this post since we don't know what their new mechanics are yet. I'm also shooting for parallels between the two abilities on each land, whereas Izzet Industrial Zone currently feels a little disjointed. As for Boros, I can raise the costs if necessary.

Let's see about an update:
