Minor Action: Apply Poison Vial

Total Average Damage:  112 (122 Including Ongoing)
Average Monster Health at 16  : 152

Note: The poioner feat is exchanging dailes for poison vials, if you want to preserve a daily you can as I am not sure how many times you can do this (envenomed weapon minor action if a good level 15 at the point as it provides more DPR round to round compared to the heroic tier vial)

Stealth Modifier: +3 (Dex) , +5 (Trained), +10 (Misc), Reroll from cloak if needed.

What is your goal here? To be a striker as a Sentinel? What kind of feedback are you looking for?

I love druids, but Combined Attack is just not good.  The best thing you can do with a Sentinel is to hybrid it to unlock real druid powers instead of the really lame melee weapon attacks Sentinels get by default.
Was trying to figure out the best way to exploit the werewolf theme in the striker role. Saw that I was able to stack multiple damage boosters this way (executioner MC+ Dailies, Druid PP,  Claw gloves, secondary hit from pet) Probably would be better to look at a melee ranger though.
Best way to exploit werewolf theme is not on one of the worst classes in the game. Any melee striker will use them the best.
10/10 Would Flame Again: An Elite Paladin|Warlock The Elemental Man (or Woman): A Genasi Handbook The Warlord, Or How to Wield a Barbarian One-Handed The Bookish Barbarian Fardiz: RAI is fairly clear, but RAZ is different That's right. Rules According to Zelink!

Ranger, rogue, BB battlemind, fighter, barbarian.  Look for multi-attackers and stack werewolf+claw gloves+vulnerability exploitation on the already good chassis.  Don't play a sentinel.  Ever.
Yeah, try a Genasi Lyrandar Wind-Rider Werewolf.
