Increasing Devotion is very bad.  Like completely unplayable.

You shouldn't be running 4 Entreats.  If anything, it should only be a 1-of.  I'm not even sure it's any good, as it might just be way too slow.

I would highly recommend cutting down on the Hallowed Fountains.  I'd probably play at most 2.  Use fetch lands to find it.

Where is (are) the Celestial Colonnade(s)?  It's a pretty critical card to be playing.

I don't like the 4-of Geist as a legend.  I'd probably only run it as a 3-of.

Where's the removal?  Path to Exile is a must in any W/x control list.

I hate Vapor Snag.  It is not a control card, it is tempo.  You aren't trying to tempo them out, you're trying to out draw them late.

More Restoration Angels could be necessary.  You get to leave up mana through out their turn, then drop a threat on the end step.

You need some form of card draw/selection. Sleight of Hand, Thought Scour, Think Twice, Serum Visions, etc.  Without them, you're not going to be able to find what you need in any given match up.

Vedalken Shackles should be required as well.  You need a way to deal with more threats, and that not only deals with it, it forces your opponent to do something about it.  Plus, Shackels + Resto Angel = free creature.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.

If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. Please do not disrupt the thread by making requests of either kind in-thread.

Dual means two. A duel is a battle between two people. Lands that make two colors of mana are dual lands. A normal Magic battle is a duel.
