After a series of slow, boring, and uneventful tournaments won by long grinds followed by single, blowout turns I want to make a deck that speeds things up and makes people want to play things. Enter Braids.

Wash Out

The basic premise of the deck is to allow people to cast big things quickly, early, and often, while taking more advantage of Braid's ability myself and stealing all of my opponent's good stuff.

Right now the list is at 105 cards so I need to trim it by 6.
Control Magic.

I'd also just cut one of the control pieces for Callous Oppressor and possibly Vedalken Shackles.

Also I know that Vedalken Orrery and Leyline of Anticipation are quite powerful. I really can't see how they are overly useful. Is there some combo that goes better at instant speed? I'd play Evacuation and Cyclonic Rift over the both of them, they're both useful in more situations than the instant speed cards.
Hoverguard Sweepers can bounce two creatures.

Take advantage of your mono-Blue color.
Inundate, Wash Out, Invoke Prejudice, and Cyclonic Rift.
Control Magic will definitely make it in as will Callous Oppressor.

Leyline and Orrery are pretty solid in the deck. They allow me to flash in control magic effects, creatures, Braids, and other cards that give everyone bonuses at the end of turn before mine so I get the effects first rather than having to wait or getting it removed.

Inundate, Washout, Cyclonic Rift, and Evacuation are all also cards I want to add, but I don't know what to remove.

+ Control Magic
+ Callous Oppressor
+ Inundate
+ Wash Out
+ Cyclonic Rift
+ Evacuation
