I am the Magic Man.
(Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.)

In 4E, there are two uses for the Bluff skill in combat - to feint and to create a diversion to hide. Feinting to gain combat advantage over an opponent must be done to an adjacent enemy. Creating a diversion to hide can be used against anyone who can see you.
Its written in the Opposed Check line:Gain Combat AdvantageMake a Bluff check to gain combat advantage against an enemy by feinting. Action: Standard action. A creature can take this action only once per encounter. Opposed Check: Against an adjacent target’s passive Insight. Success: The feinting creature gains combat advantage against the target until the end of the feinting creature’s next turn.
