Yeah, no idea what happened.  Being that I was already in a Daily Event, sure hope my opponent had priority.
I was also in a draft... pretty perturbed right now because we were last pack and my deck was looking something good.

I was currently in a draft (during picking stage). What is happening now? Do we get our Packs and Tix back or how is the procedure for this?

Same with me as Quirian. Will there be a iautomatic refunding just like the last unexpexted downtime?
Anyone that was in a draft or other event should be able to submit a ticket to get their product/tickets back.
Yeah sure we can submit a ticket but is there any way to get the tournament number we were in?
ya that's a real hassle to have to jump through all those hoops to get back product/tix/MONEY that we just invested into their pockets. It's their mistake. FIX IT
You won't need to submit any tickets to get reimbursed if you were in the middle of an event. You should get your product and/or tickets back once Magic Online comes back up. There's no ETA yet.

WotC_K made a post in the October 9th announcement.
Players who were in events when we went down will NOT need to file for reimbursement. We will take care of that automatically as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

I agree with PirateAmmo, not only should they personally redeem everyone's packs/tickets, but I feel like we should be further reimbursed for the inconvience and waste of time.
Yeah! They shod start RTR prerelease early to make up for this (ok I'm just bored at work)
Calavera on MTGO I collect Zendikar Foil Basic lands. Trade me yours! Things that I want to see changed on MTGO: 1: 64 man drafts added to rotation of Events. 2: Visual/Audible Notification of disconnect, deckbuild/afk time expiring and round starts. 3: Prize Payouts as close to draft sets as possible. 4: Rotate Classic draft queues monthly! 5: MOCS level events for Classic/Pauper 6: Power 9! 7: Award Promo Cards for Constructed PEs (esp for Legacy/Classic) 8: Program Split option back in! 9: Set Favorite version in deck editor (i.e. always use x swamp) 10: Better sorting of gold cards in deck editor. 11: Bring leagues Back!

Do we have to do something to get our tickets/packs back?

I have been using the Beta, and can't get online.  However, I can look at my collection and edit decks offline in the Beta, and the RTR cards are available for adding to decks and wishlists.  I don't remember that being the case the other day.
Do we have to do something to get our tickets/packs back?

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.

If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. Please do not disrupt the thread by making requests of either kind in-thread.

Wow don't ever download a working free copy of Empire Deluxe and Dosbox if your unable to login and bored with contra.  It turned into 330 am real quick on me.  I shudder to think what a zombie soldier I would have been today had the automatic update not restarted my machine towards the end of that fourth campaign.  Thanks for getting it back up and running.

Last time I tried to play, the game crashed. Today I decide to play again and same thing. I feel we are back years ago when the system crashed several times a day.
