4.5: First pick pack 1.
4.0: I will strongly consider playing this as the only card of its color.

I like Volcanic Geyser.  Sure it's not as easy to splash as Fireball was but it's an instant which certainly helps make up for that.  Should be a relatively high pick.

3.5 easily based on the current system.  M13 drafts often stall out for quite some time, and this can help either break it (though not nearly to the extent of Fireball), or edge out the last bit of damage you need.  I've turned many near losses into a straight up win by throwing it to the face to eak out  the last bit of damage.  Highly versatile and should be a very high pick if you swing into red at all.  I might even P1P1 and not feel bad about it many times.  It is both an insane removal spell and a great finisher.
It is versatile and can be used like a Lava Axe. Probably a strong 3.0, maybe a 3.5 if I'm mono red.
I think 3.0 fits well. I much preferred Fireball.
