24 Hour Contest - I'm Sleepy

i haven't held a contest for almost two days -- it feels weird

Criteria = A card about sleep.
I'm very tired and honestly have no idea how I'm going to stay awake at work today.  This is gonna be rough.
I want designs in one way or another dealing with sleep.  Lock-down cards like Coma Veil, Glimmerdust Nap, Narcolepsy, Paralyzing Grasp, and Sleeping Potion are a little too on-the-nose (plus, there're are WAY too many of those cards anyway).
Be creative with your sleepy design.

Contest will run for 24 hours.
Hopefully I'll be more alert this time tomorrow
Insomnia

Enchantment-Aura
Enchant Creature
Insomnia comes into play with 3 sleep counters on it.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
Remove a sleep counter from Insomnia: Untap enchanted creature.  Only enchanted creature's controller may play this ability.

And before everyone says it, yes, I'm well aware there's probably another card named Insomnia.  Consider that name a placeholder.  :P

I imagine him (I almost said "him or her" but then I decided his gender with through the randomization of a small metal disk) - I imagine him, shopping, purchasing food, choosing which spot to park in, all through this meticulous flipping process. I imagine him asking a girl out, taking her to have a drink or whatever and then asking if she wants to play this fun game. When she responds "Sure." he removes a single quarter from one of his jingling pockets. Then proceeds to flip it repeatedly while she calls it - until she is able to make up an excuse to leave. Will he respond to this post? Only if the Chaotic Gods of Copper and Nickel deem it so. Someday many years from now, in the Dystopian future world, I'll ride my Billy Idol Unicycle past a bedraggled slumbub - He'll be clad in armor made all of the (now worthless) coins of yesterdecade. He'll grin a shiny grin at me as he flips another coin - and I'll know who it was. How could I not?

I'll go with a johnny card.

Nitrous Oxide Emanations
Enchantment
When Nitrous Oxide Emanations enters the battlefield, untap all permanents.
Permanents don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player taps half of his or her permanents, rounded up.
At the end of each player's turn, if all permanents are tapped, the game is a draw.
"Everything, asleep!"

Narcoleptic Monstrosity
Creature - Horror
Narcoleptic Monstrosity enters the battlefield tapped.
Narcoleptic Monstrosity doesn't untap during your untap step.
Tap a creature you control: untap Narcoleptic Monstrosity. Activate this ability only once each turn.
5/5
Able to swallow three soldiers whole, it would wake up screaming from dreams of sleeping children and closet doors.

Living Nightmare -- :BM::BM::BM:
Legendary Creature - Nightmare Elemental (R)

Living Nightmare's power and toughness are each equal to the amount of tapped permanents on the battlefield.
Each player plays with the top card of his or her library revealed.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player loses life equal to the amount of permanents they control that shares a color with his or her revealed card.

Yes, I'm aware it has a wierd interaction when using it to block and then activating its ability, but to fix it would completely ruin the flavor I'm going for.

There was a time - I had some problems at the end of high school - when I used N2O recreationally. You can, and it is fun, and it wasn't really the biggest part of my problem. It is pretty popular. But, yes, you are correct that it does make you fall asleep if you inhale large amounts.

Actually, I think it was Ken Kesey, who had a tank of it installed in his vehicle. He'd drive around inhaling it at will. I think it took him like twenty minutes before he crashed.

Funny story: InQuest Magazine (I think it was InQuest) had an oversized Chaos Orb which I totally rooked someone into allowing into a (non-sanctioned) game. I had a proxy card that was a Mountain with "Chaos Orb" written on it. When I played it, my opponent cried foul: Him: "WTF? a Proxy? no-one said anything about Proxies. Do you even own an actual Chaos Orb?" Me: "Yes, but I thought it would be better to use a Proxy." Him: "No way. If you're going to put a Chaos Orb in your deck you have to use your actual Chaos Orb." Me: "*Sigh*. Okay." I pulled out this huge Chaos Orb and placed it on the table. He tried to cry foul again but everyone else said he insisted I use my actual Chaos Orb and that was my actual Chaos Orb. I used it, flipped it and wiped most of his board. Unsurprisingly, that only worked once and only because everyone present thought it was hilarious.

Hi guys! So, I'm a sort of returning player to Magic. I say sort of because as a child I had two main TCG's I liked. Yu-Gi-Oh, and Pokemon. Some of my friends branched off in to Magic, and I bought two pre-made decks just to kind of fit in. Like I said, Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon were what I really knew how to play. I have a extensive knowledge of deck building in those two TCG's. However, as far as Magic is concerned, I only ever used those two pre made decks. I know how the game is played, and I know general things, but now I want to get in the game for real. I want to begin playing it as a regular. My question is, are all cards ever released from the time of the inception of this game until present day fair game in a deck? Or are there special rules? Are some cards forbidden or restricted? Thanks guys, and I will gladly accept ANY help lol.
I have the same problem with women.

That's what RPJesus tends to do. That's why I don't think he's a real person, but some Magic Card Archive Server sort of machine, that is programmed to react to other posters' comments with obscure cards that do in fact exist, but somehow missed by even the most experienced Magic players. And then come up with strange combos with said cards. All of that is impossible for a normal human to do given the amount of time he does it and how often he does it. He/It got me with Light of Sanction, which prompted me to go to RQ&A to try and find if it was even possible to do combat damage to a creature I control (in light that Mark of Asylum exists).

*(not sure if I'm wording that quite right)
There are a lot of cards out there that have the word "instant" on thier type line, but should be regarded as worse than sorcery speed cards in regards to timing flexibility.  This is because they have some other timing restriction built into the mechanic that keeps one from casting the card whenever they want, despite the card being an instant..

Instant speed discard is avoided because the option to cast it during an opponent's upkeep can result in an opponent being locked out from playing much of thier deck.

You cannot cast counterspells at will during a player's upkeep.  They have, in fact, fairly restrictive timing rules on when you can cast them.
