Will [C]doom blade[/C] and [C]tragic slip[/C] work together on the same turn to trigger the morbid ability?
Well morbid doesn't actually trigger, but yes they will work together.  If a creature is destroyed by doom blade that creature would die and then morbid would apply to spells like tragic slip.

Would you call it a condition change.

Morbid has no meaning*, so nothing in the game tracks morbid itself. So I would talk about whether morbid effect applies or not, which I'd shorten to "morbid applies".

A creature dies if it moves from the battlefield to the graveyard. Destroying a creature will normally cause it to die, so yes, it does cause morbid to apply.

* — Note the italics (used for reminder text) is also used for "morbid". It's simply a visual cue used by cards with similar abilities.
