Charging Rogue Build - Suggestions?

Hi,
I'm still relatively new to D&D but am about to participate in my first non-Encounters campaign.  I decided to go with a Rogue because of respectable DPR and an enjoyable flavor. Settled on a half-orc charging build. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for a somewhat new player on improving the build any. The only requirements from the DM were level 9, +2 Weapon, +2 Armor and +2 Neck Slot and no Essentials classes.
Build appears below.
Thanks in advance.

One thing that jumps out at me right away is that instead of Flash of the Blade, you should use Cunning Stalker. I'll let others chime in for anything else.
You want a thief, not a rogue.
I'd love a thief; unfortunately Essentials classes are out by DM order.
Did you read the Rogue handbook?

Man, I love your DM already.

Alright, so Flash of the Blade -> Cunning Stalker. Sand in the Eyes might be better as Darting Strike or Startling Offensive, but Sand is pretty good to keep anyway. Considering Handspring Assault as a daily, as it's useable on a charge, and gives a free shift 2 afterwards so you can AP and charge again. Some days, you just feel like dropping 8d8 dice and instagibbing something hard.

Weapon Focus is fairly low impact at this level (you do over 35 damage a charge, that extra +1 damage is small potatoes). I'd instead pick up MC Avenger or something to give yourself a little extra oomph on your charge. Retrain later. Which also makes me wonder about your stats. Either take a 12 in Con (because you want that extra surge, trust me), or go 11 Con and grab a 13 in Wis or Cha because you'd like Superior Will at some point down the line, assuming your campaign goes that far.

Ironwrought or Purple Dragon are probably better themes than Mercenary.
Be a Pixie.

Pixies do charging better.
