lvl 8 Hexblade (first build higher than lvl 1) for Lair Assault

I am building my first Lair Assault character and was hoping to get some feedback on the legality of the build and anything I can do to improve it.

My thought process was to bolster both the Hexblades's mobility and his striking power. Can anyone with more experience provide any ideas or verify that it is a legal build for 'Kill the Wizard'?

For powers and feats, I would make some different choices.

Oh, and Iron Armbands does not do anything for you Bracers of Mighty Striking cannot do already, which are 1300 gp cheaper. 
I also suggest to retrain the Lesser planar ally with another utility.

I also see that you din't take a background and a theme, dunno if you can't take any in Lair Assaults, but if you can, then take it.

It should be legal. 
I'm not sure how Lair Assault rules work, but in general one can only start with 1 ability score at 8. All others must be 10 or above, so that will change your score distribution quite a bit. Again, perhaps Lair Assault does this differently, but you should double check.
i believe for this particular lair you are forced into drow as a race.
