I'm new to MTG but this is my mono black deck, suggestions?

Creatures -
3x Tormented Soul
2x Knight of Infamy
4x Bloodhunter Bat
3x Vampire Nighthawk
3x Giant Scorpion
3x Duty-Bound Dead
2x Veilborn Ghoul
3x Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis

Arifacts, Enchanments, Instants, Sorcery

2x Dark Favor
3x Mark of the Vampire
2x Disentomb
2x Tormod's Crypt
3x Murder
2x Blood Reckoning

Lands
21x Swamps
3x Evolving Wilds

Yes, get rid of all the creatures without exalted.

I would go with something like:

Creatures: 21

Duty-Bound Dead x3
Knight of Infamy x3
Servant of Nefarox x3
Liliana's Shade x3
Duskmantle Prowler x3
Veilborn Ghoul x3
Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis x3

Cathedral of War x4
Swamp x 20

Spells/enchants/etc: 19

Black Sun's Zenith x3
Doom Blade x3
Go For the Throat x3
Murder x3
Blood Reckoning x3
Mark of the Vampire x4

Having more than 20 lands in a standard monodeck just seems like a waste to me unless you have a pump creature like Liliana's Shade or a large number of creatures/spells with a high CMC then I could see the justification in running more than 20.  Without Liliana's Shade I would just run 20 land.  Since you are primarily running exalted I would just stick with that and get more spot-removal spells.  With Black Sun's Zenith I would only actually cast that card if your opponent gets something out that could win them the game but you can't destroy like Avacyn, Angel of Hope for example.

For having only M13 to deal with I think you did pretty alright. Although one thing, evolving wilds is almost useless here, just run swamps. and run 60 cards, it's always best.

If you only have m13 I don't know what all there is to say, you need more sets. Most of the stuff in m13 was really bad. The only thing it gave black was Mutilate and a reprinted Vampire Nighthawk alongside a few more situational cards like Knight of Infamy.
