Land -21
4x Dragonskull Summit

The deck revolved around early game board clear so that my Noble is able to get powerful. If that is unsuccessful, then I start dropping in bombs to make my creatures stronger from the start while maintaining pressure until I can drop Falkenrath in as a 3/3 Flyer with haste and first strike
Rakish Heir > Curse
Bloodline Keeper > Marauders (They're slow to get out, and easy to deal with if they have a flier out when you drop them. Keeper will super buff your vamps)

I'll agree with you on the Raklish Heirs being better than Curse of Stalked Prey. Same thing with teeth is always nice.

My only issue with Bloodline Keeper is that they are expensive to get (though I'm considering it). The added +2/+2 when it transforms is a nice touch though.
That and he poops out vampires which will all get stronger if not stopped quickly

This is true. By the time he hits the field, they should probably have other things to worry about or I should be close to winning anyway if I'm swinging every turn and have Raklish Heirs on the field as my T3 drop.

I've been thinking about Sign In Blood for draw since with Vampire Nighthawk on the board swing for the +1/+1 I can shrug off the back lash.
Could work, but the two black is killer

It's the reason I've only thought about it. Depending, the deck might not really even need draw, plus there is also Faithless Looting and Wild Guess which work with this deck better since they are red spells.
Updated to Competitive Standard Format.

Sideboard suggestions; my meta is a lot of Zombie and Delver
Thunderbolt and Grafdigger's Cage/Tormod's Crypt will handle both/either or of those.
