Personnally I'd take those mistform warchief out since at most it will reduce the mana cost of the illusions by 2 and I'd use the phantasmal image in the main deck they can be a powerful creature or you can copy a lord of the unreal which would boost itself and other illusions plus of an lord of the unreal get terminat or something like that you still have the hexproof on it
Well, Phantasmal image for a start should really be in your main deck.  It is removal against legendary creatures, can copy your Lord of the Unreal to give you a hexproof lord and if someone drops a fatty that you cannot match, you just beat it. If this is just for casual then Meloku of the Clouded Mirror could be fun.  In their endstep tap out and clear your lands for a swarm of illusions then swing.

I am . . . Confused by your choice of running Birthing Pod. You have no reason to need creatures in your graveyard and no enter the battlefield effects.  combine that with the fact that Illusions really want to be run as an aggro deck and it just seems counter productive.  That might be where to find the spots for your Melokus

Illusionary Servant is not exciting but it is a faily strong 3 drop for illusions

I figured the Mistform Warchiefs were on theme with undercosting my creatures. Of course I don't have any big expensive Illusions to use it to cast either, though. Mainly I thought it was nice to finally use it in a deck where it could be itself without having to tap. Also there are only 4 tribal Illusion cards (Mistform Warchief, Krovikan Mist, Lord of the Unreal and Phantasmal Image) and I wanted to use them all.

Meloku the Clouded Mirror is a bit too expensive, isn't it? The Birthing Pod was put in to allow me to upgrade my Illusions to bigger and bigger versions. Is it too expensive for aggro?

I was actually trying to decide between Halcyon Glaze and Illusionary Servant. They're both pretty strong choices.
Very similar to a deck i have.  The one thing your missing is protection for your lord.  Run either lightning greaves or swiftfoot boots.  Instead of birhting pod, i'd run muddle the mixture.  can counter a spell or act as a tutor which can fetch a lord if you don't have one in your hand.

You should be running force of will as a 4 of, it's a blue staple.  This could also use a playset of mutavaults.  They leave you open to wasteland, but they're worth it.  Ditto for cavern of souls, they're both very helpful in the control matchup.

Force of Will is out because it was printed before 7th/Invasion Block. Same for Wasteland.
Mutavault is interesting but it seems like a waste if it keeps me from playing my Phantasmal Bears first turn. I suppose that comes down to what my odds of drawing an Island too are. I love Cavern of Souls, though.

Very similar to a deck i have.  The one thing your missing is protection for your lord.  Run either lightning greaves or swiftfoot boots.  Instead of birthing pod, i'd run muddle the mixture.  can counter a spell or act as a tutor which can fetch a lord if you don't have one in your hand.

Is there any reason to go for the Swiftwood Boots over the Lightning Greaves? I don't have anything that targets.
Muddle the Mixture might be a fun tutor. With the Phantasmal Image in my maindeck then I have plenty of two-cost cards to tutor for.
1 landers?
The problem with mutavault is that not only does it prevent a turn one bear, who I disagree with you on as I think it is one of the main points of the deck, but it also prevents a turn two Lord of the Unreal , scrapping the game plan for aggressive illusions.

I actually feel like I should have some more one-drops.
Rather than concentrate, I recommend Distant Melody.  With 28 creatures in the deck this should usually draw you more cards.  Actually come to think of it, your mana curve tops out at 4 cmc.  Go down to 22 lands and keep 2 of the concentrates as well as putting in the playset of distant melody.

You have the lord of the unreals I don't think the greaves are needed.  Also the greaves don't work on 12 of your creatures (b/c they die when you try to equip).  And I don't think the retraced image is powerful enough to cut the muster (it's too situational).  I'd cut those 4 and put in 4 vapor snags or silent departures.  You want tempo break so you can force your team through.  Another card to consider for this slot (or part of this slot) would be sleep (It gets you 2 free attacks).

From Mark Rosewater's Tumblr: the0uroboros asked: How in the same set can we have a hexproof, unsacrificable(not a word) creature AND a land that makes it uncounterable. How does this lead to interactive play? I believe I’m able to play my creature and you have to deal with it is much more interactive than you counter my creature.

MaRo: One of the classic R&D stories happened during a Scars of Mirrodin draft. Erik Lauer was sitting to my right (meaning that he passed to me in the first and third packs). At the end of the draft, Erik was upset because I was in his colors (black-green). He said, "Didn't you see the signals? I went into black-green in pack one." I replied, "Didn't you see my signals? I started drafting infect six drafts ago."

MaRo: I redesigned him while the effect was on the stack.

Not sure I agree with that bit. If you've got 4 illusions in play (the point at which it becomes better than Concentrate) you don't really need the card draw - you're apparently winning anyway. The card draw is crucial if someone's just wiped out most of your creatures, and Concentrate's a lot better for refuelling your hand in that context.
Rules Advisor. Used to play a lot of old Extended tournaments, now I just play prereleases and casual kitchen-table games with friends. My regular decks, many of which have been evolving for years: Contested Cliffs Beasts Coastal Piracy Hana Kami Spirit recycling Rout Multiplayer control Seizan, Perverter of Truth Commander

I was thinking the same thing, actually.
I Have an illusion deck and if we faced each other in a match this is what you would be looking at in a mirror match :

LAND

  4 Cavern of Souls
  4 Drowned Catacomb
13 Island

CREATURES

  3 Imaginary Pet
  4 Krovikan Mist
  3 Lord of the Unreal
  2 Meloku the Clouded Mirror
  3 Phantasmal Bear
  3 Phantasmal Dragon
  4 Phantasmal Image
  4 Phantom Warrior

SPELLS

  4 Condescend
  2 Lightning Greaves
  4 Mana Leak
  3 Puca's Mischief

SIDEBOARD

  3 Dismember
  3 Summoner's Bane
  3 Surgical Extraction
  3 Turn to Frog
  3 Vapor Snag

I have found that if you are going to go tribal that you need a token generator, which Meloku the Clouded Mirror fits really well. This also helps me to take other permanents with Puca's Mischief and Imaginary pet . Having a sideboard of control aslo really helps too.

You do realize that Puca's Mischief goes off of mana cost not stats, right?
Yes I do know that I use the combo that way so that Imaginary Pet will come back to my hand, because most of the time the other player is holding cards. So I get a card for free that is why I use it that way and besides some of the better cards are 2 cmc or less anymore Ratchet Bomb , Delver of Secrets , etc.
