For example, the Spires of the Morning. It reads: "When Purchased and at Start of Round: Place 1 Cleric on this space. Action: Take all Clerics from this space and place them in your Tavern."
- Do I place a cleric on the building while it's in the Builder's Hall? Do I place an additional cleric at the start of each round that the building is in the Builder's Hall queue or only when it's actually put into play?
- If, as the tile reads, you don't place a cleric until the building is purchased, does the player gain a cleric immediately upon playing? Or does he/she have to assign an agent to the building to claim the initial cleric? If so, this seems to contradict the Palace of Waterdeep implementation.
Another example: The Stone House grants one gold for each building tile in play. So when the Stone House is put into play, does the buyer immediately get X amount of gold? Or does he/she have to place an agent into the building prior to gaining the benefit?
Can someone please clarify this? Many thanks!
