PEACH Defenderlock for LFR

Hello folks I have a Battlemind|Warlock that I would like folks to look at.

As a set up, before I show the build, I want to say I first made this character (at 8th level) to try to create a character that can either fill in as a striker or a defender depending on the LFR party composition. At the time curse damage was only once per round. I had more marking abilities. With the changes; curse now once per turn, oh I have battle awareness, guardian seems like an appropriate theme. I pretty much seem to be spaming Eltrich Strike. Both on my turn and off. Since that is my go to, unless I use a daily, I figure I must be missing something. Here is the build:

====== End ======

I took Hammer shock and Protective Hex to emulate the marking mechanic, without marking. This character just hit 14, so I can do the LFR retraining. (all but race and class and items)

One thing that I want to keep with this character is that her goal is to protect her allies (that she calls her children) so even if I don't use some defender aspects, she does have the heart of a defender.

Anyway thanks for taking a look.

Killing Curse is only bringing a minimal amount of extra damage, at the cost of a feat slot.  I would swap it for Improved Defenses.

Lightning Rush is your friend at level 7.  Hold it and love it, forever and ever.

This is CharOp. We not only assume block-of-tofu monsters, but also block-of-tofu DMs.

You're already refluffing, why not refluff to something that doesn't suck?
If I get lightning rush, should I get a different fighter multiclass? 5 immediate actions (one at will) does seem like a little over kill.

+1 for Lightning Rush.

I agree adding Improved Defenses would be great, but I would drop Frozen Soul before Killing Curse.

Or possibly a different Paragon Path.
