I ran out of Cards so I splased black for the bomb. I felt the other colours were much weaker than green white.

This was the first deck I made. The Closet synergises with the Soul of the Harvest enough for me to include it.

This is what my second deck looks like:

I really wanted to use the 3 Heirs of Stromkirk, so I built a deck sort of around them. The green is in there for the pump and fixing.

this deck is quite simple....mana fixing...soulbond drops...all to stall for entreat if miraclulouly lucky...alternative win con evasive with wingcrafter on vanilla creatures or latch seeker alone to finish the job....spectral guards + nightsahde peddler would be a very good defensive occasionaly attackers.

Maybe it's a little janky, but I couldn't pass up the dream of Conjurer's Closet + Tyrant of Discord. Red and white seemed fairly strong, anyway, so I don't feel bad about it.

I'm glad the last few people built GW too.  R is definitely strong, and I think that U has some great picks....actually, I think this pool is pretty open to a couple of good decks.  My deck curves out really well and has more than one end-game plan, with consistent pressure and ok removal.  I'd play it happily for sure.  For what it's worth, I know that the

Entreat the Angels is offcourse very good but the rest of of the white cards looked very underwhelming to me.

Red has the very good 7/7 but it costs 7... and the intimidate guys are really just expensive 2/2s if your oponent has answers.

G/B looked like it had the best curve and enough playable cards.

This deck tries to abuse Conjurer's Closet as much as possible. blinking Borderland Ranger to filter out your lands, Timberland Guide to distribute +1/+1 counters over your other creatures, reseting undying on your black creatures or just drawing cards with Soul of the Harvest.

The green soulbound guys help you go on the agressive and when you are attacking Blood Artist helps you drain your ennemy and Harvester of Souls draws you extra cards.

A little splash into blue just because its possible with three fixers and the amazing 2 Amass the Components helps you digg through your deck. It also gives you some sideboard options: some extra 'removal' Spectral Prison or a flyer in Fettergeist or the bounce spell into the void.

I decided on RW, a lot of cheap creatures.  The three Heirs were very nice for this, as I've seen this card win in sealed before. Thoughts?

Not a lot of control this week. I went green red as I felt they had the best synergy.

Freedom's just another word for nothing-left-to-lose. - Kris Kristoferson (sung by Janis Joplin)

So this deck might be a bit too cute with the Conjurer's Closet and all.  I think RW was probably the better call, but I liked the mana fixing green offered.   This deck seems consistent.

I decided on RW, a lot of cheap creatures.  The three Heirs were very nice for this, as I've seen this card win in sealed before. Thoughts?

With this card pool might not be bad idea but she is 4 mana I don't know. I'd have to assume in a sealed my opponents are going to have way more control. Our decks are very likely to lose to some green/blue control because you know somewhere in sealed someone probably wound up with a dead-eye navigator/borderland ranger/ mist crow... etc etc.

I went green red just so i had 2 anti flyer cards... though suppose the 0/4 walls help. Tough beat.

I ran out of Cards so I splased black for the bomb. I felt the other colours were much weaker than green white.

Splashing for a BB card is really greedy.  You have a lot of ways to get BB but you would never want a swamp in your opening hand for 1 card.  Also Angel's Mercy does nothing, especially in this deck.  In aggressive decks, life gain doesn't help much unless it is attached to a creature.  You need to deal damage in order to win and wasting a turn to gain 7 life isn't allowing you to win faster.  If you still want more life gain, consider playing Cathedral Sanctifier.
G/R is da NUTZ!!  I can see people falling for white for the mythic, but the rest of the white is just not that great.  As for blue and black...okay folks...it's your loss.

Reasons to go G/R
1)The green soulbond creatures we got are bananas
2)Soul of the Harvest is MASSIVE card advantage (it's just ludicrous with the conjuror's closet out too)
3)THREE Heirs of Stromkirk.  She.  Wins.  Games.  Hands down.
4)two copies of the first striking soulbonder, removal is scarce in AVR so soulbond is slightly OP here and being able to win in the red zone without losing your own creatures is what's going to decide matches
5)Color fixing.  Green (plus the vessel of endless rest) can easily support your 3 double weight heirs and your triple weight tyrant

This is honestly the fastest I've build a sealed deck in a long time.  It pretty much built itself.  The only change I made after the first pass through was to swap Thatcher Revolt for Bladed Bracers (b/c there wasn't enough support for thatcher revolt with the rest of the cards).

From Mark Rosewater's Tumblr: the0uroboros asked: How in the same set can we have a hexproof, unsacrificable(not a word) creature AND a land that makes it uncounterable. How does this lead to interactive play? I believe I’m able to play my creature and you have to deal with it is much more interactive than you counter my creature.

MaRo: One of the classic R&D stories happened during a Scars of Mirrodin draft. Erik Lauer was sitting to my right (meaning that he passed to me in the first and third packs). At the end of the draft, Erik was upset because I was in his colors (black-green). He said, "Didn't you see the signals? I went into black-green in pack one." I replied, "Didn't you see my signals? I started drafting infect six drafts ago."

***************************************************************************************

MaRo: I redesigned him while the effect was on the stack.

I built naya, the closet, vessel, and ranger all help with making me meet my entreat mana, as does cloudshift. I even have one swamp to splash exquisite blood. It seems ver good with heirs of stromkirk. Tyrant of discord and Soul of the harvest... no explanation needed.

Green White was definitely the strongest, followed by Red. I build a defensive GW splash blue Control Deck that looks really good. Mana looks strong with added removal from blue to help with the Control aspect.

On the topic of Treasure Mage: Hello planeswalkers. Look at your hand, now back to me, now back to your hand, now back to me. Sadly, your hand doesn't have a big game-winning bomb in it, but if you searched through your library for an artifact with converted mana cost of 6 or greater, you could get one. Look down, now back up, shuffle your library. Where are you? You're in a Magic game, and you're losing. What's that in your hand? It's a Wurmcoil Engine. Look again, the Wurmcoil Engine is now a ticket to Nagoya. Anything is possible when you cast Treasure Mage. I'm on a dragon. Currently Playing: U/R Burning Vengeance Control 10-2 http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/ur-burning-vengeance-2/
I went moderately aggro with a color combo I don't think has been chosen yet:

I find that this set always is pulling me to white because of Righteous Blow.  And even with the white bomb Entreat the Angels, I still feel R/G is the better way to go.  Red has it's own bomb and combining first strike and deathtouch or first strike and pumps is just to nice.  Just felt there were many more combo possibilities with R/G.

I have 3 accelerants in Borderland Ranger, Abundant Growth, and Battle Hymn to lead into a faster playing of Tyrant of Discord or Soul of the Harvest.

Conjurer's Closet works very well to reset soulbounds or get more counters from Timberland Guide or land syphon through Borderland Ranger.  Not to mention the obvious Tyrant of Discord combo.

Think of the nasty combo of Falkenrath Exterminator and Nightshade Peddler.  Keep in mind you have Timberland Guide to get Falkenrath Exterminator started too.

nice, but you might want more heirs and lancers. the vigilante can probably go for one of these, and you don't have too many conjurer's closet combos... just saying (and red green or naya seems stronger to me.
