Does It That Betrays get to keep tokens that are sacraficed?
No because a token the leaves the battlefield can never leave the zone it's in.  The tokens will cease to exist the next time state based actions are performed.

A token that has left the battlefield can't return, ever, under any circunstance. It will cease to exist when state-based actions, and even if it would return before this happens, instead it doesn't returns, it stays on the other zone.

Thanks, kinda what we figured.
Also note that if you read It that Betrays it does not trigger for tokens, so the state based action that removes them doesn't even matter.
