Hey all. I'm looking for a decent damage ranged Striker class with some reasonable push/pull/slide type powers, does one actually exist? The Monk has plenty of slides/pushes but the damage isn't great and I'd prefer ranged.
My backup option is to trawl through the character generator and examine all the powers for particular classes, but I figure that there's no doubt plenty of people out there with the knowledge already
Warlock or correctly-build bow ranger, basically.  Forceful Bow is the enchant to look out for.
Harrying your Prey, the Easy Way: A Hunter's Handbook - the first of what will hopefully be many CharOp efforts on my part. The Blinker - teleport everywhere. An Eladrin Knight/Eldritch Knight. CB != rules source.
Some sorcerer styles can also do this, and the Hunter can slide its RBA target as an at-will, although it's generally limited to one target at a time.
As above, and also Wizard. Anyone who says they're not a Striker when they want to be has never seen a Thunder Blaster in action.

The Five Things D&D Next Absolutely Must Not Do:
1. Imbalanced gameplay. Any and all characters must be able to contribute equally both in combat and out of combat at all levels of play. If the Fighters are linear and the Wizards quadratic, I walk. 2. Hardcore simulationist approach. D&D is a game about heroic fantasy. I'm weak and useless enough in real life; I play RPGs for a change of pace. If the only reason a rule exists is because "that's how it's supposed to be", I walk. I don't want a game that "simulates" real life, I want a game that simulates heroic fantasy. 3. Worshipping at false idols (AKA Sacred Cows). If the only reason a rule exists is "it's always been that way", I walk. Now to be clear, I have no problem with some things not changing; my issue is with retaining bad idea simply for the sake of nostalgia. 4. DM vs. players. If the game encourages "gotcha!" moments or treats the DM and players as enemies, adversaries, or problems to be overcome, I walk. 5. Rules for the sake of rules. The only thing I want rules for is the things I can't do sitting around a table with my friends. If the rules try to step on my ability to roleplay the character I want to roleplay, I walk. Furthermore, the rules serve to facilitate gameplay, not to simulate the world. NOTE: Items in red have been violated.

Paragon feat "Flitting Shadows" also enables you to teleport your target by giving up curse dice.  Muy useful.  

At-Will "Eldritch Strike" slides one square with every hit, and that's an MBA - if you have a warlord in the party, you're going to slide people around like a champion curler.

Pyromancer is pretty nasty, too.
Warlord -> Arrowhead Commander. 

The Adamant Arrow Student feat gives you a Push 1 on Paint the Bull's Eye, and the Paragon Path makes it into a Push 3 at 16, along with some bonuses for allies for pushing creatures away from them.

A genesai wizard who takes mark of the storm and elemental empowerment as his first 2 feats is an out of the box great controller/striker when using thunder or lightening powers.
