Hi all. I was wondering what the ruling was about playing spells at the end of turn. The situation was as follows: It was the end of opponent's turn. The opponent had Hell's Thunder in play and had to sacrifice it to put it into his graveyard. I had three lands untapped and had Cemetery Reaper in play. What I wanted to do is remove Hell's Thunder from my opponent's graveyard at the end of his turn so that I didn't have to tap out on my turn and had a 3/3 Zombie token available to attack with immediately. Thing is, I'm not sure I can actually use activated abilities at the end of turn step. I couldn't use the ability as a response to Hell's Thunder's sacrificial ability being triggered because my ability would resolve before Hell's Thunder would enter the graveyard. Could I just play it afterwards during the end of turn? Any clarification would be appreciated.
