Frenzy Ability?

Would anyone happen to know if there is a prestige class (other than the frenzied berzerker) that has the frenzy ability?
Would anyone happen to know if there is a prestige class (other than the frenzied berzerker) that has the frenzy ability?

No, it's unique to the frenzied berserker. The (3e only) sohei has "Ki Frenzy" and Unearthed Arcana provides the "whirling frenzy" ability, but these are just slight alterations to the standard rage ability, not Frenzy (which is mechanically different since it can be used independently of rage).

What are you trying to do?

Seishi: I think it might be fun to have a one-off [game] tuned fairly, but with the intention of wiping the party.

DisposableHero_: if [my campaign] has taught me nothing else, it is that with this group, nothing tuned fairly will ever wipe the party

RadicalTaoist: I've been throwing **** at this group that's 5 levels over CRed in DFN, and have yet to wipe the party.

Trying to find something that would stack with barbarian rage, but not have the frenzied berzerker craziness.

Berserk (Deities and Demigods 201) gives battle furry, which is similar to frenzy. It gives +6 str and +6 con and requires will saves not to attack allies if no enemies are around, but you don't risk accidentally triggering battle furry like you do frenzy.

Bloodclaw master (Tome of Battle) gives shifting, which provides +2 str.

Fist of Hextor (Sword and Fist) gives strength boost, which provides +4 str.

Kensai (Complete Warrior) gives power surge, which provides +8 str.

Wildrunner (Races of the Wild) gives primal scream, which provides +2 str and +6 dex.

You might also be interested in the reckless rage feat (Races of Stone) for an extra +2 str and +2 con.

There are also some classes that just increase strength.

Thanks for the list. I've already put a level into the War Hulk prestige class that increases strength.

If you had mentioned that up front, we could have had the answer for you immediately.

Maat's suggestions are all of the ragelikes I can think of, although I can say that Kensai won't be qualifiable due to alignment restrictions. In it splace, I'd suggest Dervish (which uses rage mechanics for its effects and works damn well with a falchion) and yes, Frenzied Beserker.

You see, the majority of the power of the berserker is not his Frenzy. Experienced berserkers - those with Improved or Supreme Power Attack - vent their frenzies alone at the start of the day. Frenzy's a liability disguised as a bonus, while the real oomph is the Supreme Power Attack. Add on Leap Attack and other multipliers (Valorous weapons, Pounce, Shock Trooper/Heedless Charge, etc) and you can easily dish out thousands of damage per hit, and have most of those attacks hit.

Thanks for the list. I've already put a level into the War Hulk prestige class that increases strength.

War Hulk is a trap. The loss of base attack bonus means you will never get a chance to full attack, and the 0-ranks-in-all-mental-skills things locks out so many of the prestige classes you're looking for.

It's only worth it if you can never get (or use) Pounce, really. On, say, a martial adept, it'd be fine. On a typical pouncing barbarian? You lose your best multiplier (pounce) in favor of a very slightly smaller increase in seed damage.

Cancer prognosis: I am now cancer-free.

Right now, I'm a 11 Fighter, 1 Barbarian, 1 War Hulk. I don't use any cha skills except for intimidate (which doesn't count with war hulk), and it's just a loss of one attack point. Because I am a level 11 fighter, I still get 3 attacks, and my strength bonus, I got up to 33, which is a plus 11 to hit anyway. Don't forget my rage, which brings it up to 37 strength. I don't have a problem with hitting much...
