Multiple sppeds and abilities that say "your speed"

I'm building a Pixie thief and I have lots of powers that tell me to move my speed. My speed is usualy listed as four on the character sheet, but could I use my fly 6 instead? And are there any ways to boost that fly speed?

On a totally unrelated note, is it true you can't have more than one item on your character sheet with the same name?

"You lit yourself on fire. Why did you light yourself on fire? "Because. Ninjas can't grab me if I'm on fire." -The Adventures of Dr. McNinja "What the ****? Tenth level barbarian and I'm looking at a ****ing job board?" -Me, at the start of a quest (was actually pretty good, despite the weirdness of the job board)
You move the speed you are using.

If you're flying, you can fly six squares.  If you're walking, you can walk whatever a pixie's walk speed is.  If you also had climb 2, then if climbing, you could climb 2 squares.
The difference between madness and genius is determined only by degrees of success.
1. Yes. A Speed is the distance (in squares) that a creature can move using the Walk action with any these Movement Modes, wether they are Based Movement Mode or Alternate Movement Modes.

Anything that boost your Speed will boost any Speeds value you have.
It has been subject of debate few months ago if you wish to read more about it: community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/758...

2. No. Multple Healing Potions are commun occurence on a character's person.

Excellent. My dive bombing Pixie might work. Thanks, gentlemen.

I wondered about the multiple items thing, one of our players told us that's how it worked. Mainly to shut down a Ranger that was dual-wielding Battlecrazed Bastard Swords and then letting himself get bloodied.

You friend might confuse with the General Rules about Magic items in Living Forgotten Reamls, which do have this limit on Uncommun Items.  This limitation doesn't apply outside of LFR.

LFCG 11 General Rules about Magic Items: Uncommon items are somewhat restricted. You can't possess more Uncommon items than your character level, and you can't have any duplicate Uncommon items.

There's a general guideline (which I think is enforced in LFR but not sure) that you SHOULDN'T have two items of the same name - EXCEPT

a) consumed items, such as potions or magic ammunition
b) if you are a two-weapon-user, such as a Tempest Fighter, you can have two of the same-named weapon if it's suitable for having one in each hand; but *using* another weapon plus one-at-a-time of the set, in order to get an encounter/daily item power twice as often while also getting the benefit of the other weapon, is frowned upon.

(I had a two-weapon guy who had a Rhythm Blade and then got a matched pair of Bloodclaw Weapons. I never used the Bloodclaw encounter power even once, so there was no problem with pairing the Rhythm Blade with one of them.)

Also, don't fret the hand, foot, and arm slots - a pair of bracers or boots is a single item and you aren't permitted to use half an item. Not even if you pair it with half of another item in the same slot.
"The world does not work the way you have been taught it does. We are not real as such; we exist within The Story. Unfortunately for you, you have inherited a condition from your mother known as Primary Protagonist Syndrome, which means The Story is interested in you. It will find you, and if you are not ready for the narrative strands it will throw at you..." - from Footloose

It's not a general guidline, it's a specific rule for the LFR campaign. Now it might not be enforced everywhere, but in such a case the location is simply violating the LFR rules.

No, in LFR you simply can not have two version of the same uncommon item, not even on totally different weapons (e.g. having a frost bow and a frost sword is also forbidden). There is no exception for two-weapon-users (in fact that two weapon users can not wield two weapons with the same enhancemt is explicitly stated in the LFR rules)
Enchantment, not enhancement.

And no, there is no exception for TWFers - however, for the big guns, there are alternate options (Radiant > Sunblade, Crusader's; Frost > Chill Wind; Flaming > Weapon of Summer, etc etc).
