[W/A Golems] help

So, I have two decks that I use to casually play with at my local game store here in SD and I need help figuring out what needs to be changed in one of them. I should note that I do not have anything before coreM12 to play with at the moment.

Haven't played since sixth and my card list will consist of things from:
· Magic the Gathering 2012 Core
· Scars of Mirrodin
· Mirrodin Besieged
·
New Phyrexia


Issues are as follows:

· Should I switch back to W/G/Artifact for more production?
· Which Rares/U/C should I be keeping an eye out for from the most recent sets to help boost this deck?
· To Conversion Chamber or not to Conversion Chamber?
· Major inconsistancies drawing first hand + first 5 turns are 50% failhard. (Managed to beat a Tooth and Nail deck before however.)
