Feat order is well messed up but...

First off, we are a revenant, half-elf, shadar-kai, tiefling.
We grab dragon frost as are dillitante, add reaper's touch to make it an RBA + MBA.  Weapon of summer gives us some fire damage to it.  Admixture dancing fire so it's fire + cold as well.

Frost vuln is straight forward lasting frost.
Fire vuln is from defending dabbler + hells burning mark.
We add ongoing fire with consume the weak, then deal lot's of damage when they end it, with icy clutch and hellfire master.

Tack on some revenant sub-zero, and iron wolf theme for more fun.

Any for anyone who disagrees with the RBA+MBA, just use eldrich strike, and arcane admixture.  Go barb instead of seeker, and pick up rampage instead of primal eye.

F-111 Interdictor Long (200+ squares) distance ally teleporter. With some warlord stuff. Broken in a plot way, not a power way.

Thought Switch Higher level build that grants upto 14 attacks on turn 1. If your allies play along, it's broken.

Elven Critters Crit op with crit generation. 5 of these will end anything. Broken.

King Fisher Optimized net user.  Moderate.

Boominator Fun catch-22 booming blade build with either strong or completely broken damage depending on your reading.

Very Distracting Warlock Lot's of dazing and major penalties to hit. Overpowered.

Scry and Die Attacking from around corners, while staying hidden. Moderate to broken, depending on the situation.

Skimisher Fly in, attack, and fly away. Also prevents enemies from coming close. Moderate to Broken depending on the enemy, but shouldn't make the game un-fun, as the rest of your team is at risk, and you have enough weaknesses.

Indestructible Simply won't die, even if you sleep though combat.  One of THE most abusive character in 4e.

Sir Robin (Bravely Charge Away) He automatically slows and pushes an enemy (5 squares), while charging away. Hard to rate it's power level, since it's terrain dependent.

Death's Gatekeeper A fun twist on a healic, making your party "unkillable". Overpowered to Broken, but shouldn't actually make the game un-fun, just TPK proof.

Death's Gatekeeper mk2, (Stealth Edition) Make your party "unkillable", and you hidden, while doing solid damage. Stronger then the above, but also easier for a DM to shut down. Broken, until your DM get's enough of it.

Battlemind Mc Prone-Daze Protecting your allies by keeping enemies away. Quite powerful.

The Retaliator Getting hit deals more damage to the enemy then you receive yourself, and you can take plenty of hits. Heavy item dependency, Broken.

Dead Kobold Transit Teleports 98 squares a turn, and can bring someone along for the ride. Not fully built, so i can't judge the power.

Psilent Guardian Protect your allies, while being invisible. Overpowered, possibly broken.

Rune of Vengance Do lot's of damage while boosting your teams. Strong to slightly overpowered.

Charedent BarrageA charging ardent. Fine in a normal team, overpowered if there are 2 together, and easily broken in teams of 5.

Super Knight A tough, sticky, high damage knight. Strong.

Super Duper Knight Basically the same as super knight with items, making it far more broken.

Mora, the unkillable avenger Solid damage, while being neigh indestuctable. Overpowered, but not broken.

Swordburst Maximus At-Will Close Burst 3 that slide and prones. Protects allies with off actions. Strong, possibly over powered with the right party.

"Why do you know of fear? Fear is for the long night, when the White Walkers come..."

love this build, but wait...what's up with that ultra-low AC? Do Revenants not care about that? I guess they shouldn't, but this is incredibly cool. I guess the barbarian version is more Game of Thrones-esque, which is what I'd love to play next chance I get. Also, with dark rituals...so much creepiness, so much malice...*rubs hands together. Wicked.

Umm... Well, i'm not wearing armor... so add 10.

Though he'd still be pretty low with only 14 starting dex.

Haven't been interested in Bladesinger, but this is a nifty build.  The attack bonus stack is awe-inspiring.

I assume you don't care much about the low defenses because of sub-zero, and are relying on decent Will & Superior Will to handle the worst status effects.  Is that the idea?
Super A+ on the thread title.

Well, the AC should be 10 higher.  And he should be hiding behind someone ranged attacking.

But really, there where just too many feats to squeeze in improved defense.

lol at not bothering to wear armor.

I'm curious, though, what's the minimum level for this to really be anything other than a basic frost bladesinger?  It looks to me like you don't really have anything special until Past Spirit kicks in and you get to be a revenant half-elf shadar-kai tiefling.

(Not that this ruins the build, I'm just checking that my interpretation is correct)
The difference between madness and genius is determined only by degrees of success.

Couple more questions, sorry if I am missing something obvious or trivial...

1) How are you getting CA?  I'm guessing Shadow Band is part of it, but what's the other part?

2) How are you planning to get down to sub zero hit points if the DM does not elect to do that for you?
Dancing fire gives CA.

And you mark things. So you should be attacked some. And the defenses are low, so you should be hit.

Shadow band doesn't really do anything special. (Just defense and stealth) . Probably should put on ring of circling fangs too.

Dancing fire gives CA.

And you mark things. So you should be attacked some. And the defenses are low, so you should be hit.

Shadow band doesn't really do anything special. (Just defense and stealth) . Probably should put on ring of circling fangs too.

Ah - I missed that part of Dancing Fire earlier.  I'm reading that to apply to subsequent attacks, but not the triggering attack.  Is that right?

So the DM needs to attack you because you're marking and killing his monsters, but if he drops you negative, you just get better.  Nice.

This means that your attack bonus would sometimes be "only" 38, which is still plenty good.
Any for anyone who disagrees with the RBA+MBA, just use eldrich strike, and arcane admixture.  Go barb instead of seeker, and pick up rampage instead of primal eye.

The issue with Dragonfrost is you go through a lot of trouble to pick up a MBA that isn't any better than Eldritch Strike, targets a statistically higher defense than Eldritch Strike, andcan't be used at-will as a MBA until epic tier.  The Eldritch Striking half-elf is already doing that at 11th level.  The benefit of being able to stack cold and fire vulnerability doesn't make up for it.  Especially if our half-elf is a morninglord exploiting radiant and cold.

Is it a necessarily bad build?  No.  But it is markedly inferior to the ES Half-Elf for an entire tier of play.  And when you've already dumped Int you've declared yourself to be uninteresting and bare-minimum effective all of heroic tier.  This build adds paragon to the list too.  How much fun is tanking 2/3rds of your adventuring career for an insignificant gain in epic?

And that doesn't even take into consideration that the Eldritch Stiker can multiclass as a martial class and grab all the light blade support available to weapon attacks that Dragonfrost loses out on 1) by being an implement attack and 2) by being a melee touch attack.

You can use eldritch Strike in paragon.  But yes, it will be inferior, since you basicly have no PP till 21.

But as stated, it's more or less an epic tier build.

The benefit of being able to stack cold and fire vulnerability doesn't make up for it.  Especially if our half-elf is a morninglord exploiting radiant and cold.

Hardly.  Morninglord does 5 extra damage each tick, but i deal 10 from the ongoing, and 43 when it saves.  Cold + Fire definatly wins.  The tradeoff being that i need a ED to be a tiefling and half-elf.

Actually, i don't see why i couldn't get radiant + cold + fire vuln...  I'd loose 1 to hit, but the +10 damage per hit, and +5 to bladesong (can't admixture it 2x) might make up for it.

Edit: nm, can't MC divine class.  I'll have to try that for my next build though...

This was my attempt to make an alternate to the lightblade cheeze.  That's been done to death.  And i'm already hitting on a 2.  (And i just realised i forgot +3 damage from weapon of summer)

It would no douptedly be better in paragon, I'd be interested in compairing final numbers.

Pocket Protector Pixie Stealth Knight. Maximizing the defender's aura by being in an ally's/enemy's square.

Yakuza NinjIntimiAdin: Perma-stealth Striker that offers a little protection for ally's, and can intimidate bloodied enemies. Very Strong.

Chargeburgler with cheese Ranged attacks at the end of a charge along with perma-stealth. Solid, could be overpowered if tweaked.

Void Defender Defends giving a penalty to hit anyone but him, then removing himself from play. Can get somewhat broken in epic.

Domination and Death Dominate everything then kill them quickly. Only works @ 30, but is broken multiple ways.

Ok, finished tweaking (like putting on some armor, and using my epic stat bump in the attack stat), and updated the DPR to a solid.
