With the card Hunters Feast Dose the player who plays Hunters Feast chose the target players that gain the 6 life? Or dose everyone in the game gain the 6 life?
The controller of Hunter's Feast chosses the targets.

Autocard doesn't work if you spell it wrong. Hunters' Feast.

Whoever plays the Feast gets to decide who is targetted (and thus who gains life). It's his Feast, he can cry if he wants to.

"That's what's so stupid about the whole magic thing, you know," Rincewind said. "You spend twenty years learning the spell that makes nude virgins appear in your bedroom, and then you're so poisoned by quicksilver fumes and half-blind from reading old grimoires that you can't remember what happens next."

- Terry Pratchett, The Colour Of Magic

Hunters' Feast

It's the players choice. When casting, the spells controller chooses any players he/she wishes to gain the life.
If you're asking because of the way Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 handles it in the archenemy puzzle, it does it wrong - automatically giving all 4 players life.
All Generalizations are Bad
no we play archenemy but we only play with 3 pepole so thats 1 archenemy and 2 others so we need to gain lots of life with out Well Wisher.
Fortunately, Rootbreaker, it handles that exactly the way the player should in that particular case ;) Otherwise nobody would ever see it :p
