A Set of Temporary Rare Enchantments

This is a set of enchantments that substantially change the game dynamics but work for only a short period of time. Just like my previous set of fun Rare lands, this set is made of cards that should be played when the circumstances are right to gain the best effect out of them. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated, especially to make them more balanced and avoid brokenness. Thanks!

Apocalyptic Flood --
Enchantment - Rare

Sacrifice Apocalyptic Flood at the end of your next turn.
All creatures without flying receive -1/-1 and protection from red as long as Apocalyptic Flood is on the battlefield.

"The tidal waves shall drown the battlefields and extinguish the fires. Only the vultures shall remain."

Unbreakable Law --
Enchantment - Rare

Sacrifice Unbreakable Law at the end of your next turn.
White creatures can't attack and receive protection from black as long as Unbreakable Law is on the battlefield.

"Every law is unbreakable until somebody finds a way around it."

Blood Revenge --
Enchantment - Rare

Sacrifice Blood Revenge at the end of your next turn.
If a creature will be placed in the graveyard after it was dealt damage by another creature, both creatures go to the graveyard as long as Blood Revenge is on the battlefield.

"An eye for two, a tooth for a jaw."

Invasion of Bees --
Enchantment - Rare

Sacrifice Invasion of Bees at the end of your next turn.
All creatures with flying receive -1/-1 and cannot attack as long as Invasion of Bees is on the battlefield.

"Do you hear that?"
"YeaAAAAAA..."

Pandemic --
Enchantment - Rare

Sacrifice Pandemic at the end of your next turn.
At the beginning of each player's turn, this player may pay for each creature he or she controls. If that player chooses not to pay, each creature for which was not paid in this way becomes tapped and does not untap as long as Pandemic is on the battlefield.

"When the plague stalks the land, every man becomes a hermit."
Why not just make these sorceries?

"Until the beginning of your next end step, if a creature dealt damage by another creature would die this turn, both of those creatures die instead."

Etc.

Embrace imagination.

But then if you cast the spell (sorcery) on your turn, its effects will finish at the end of the turn you cast it (it will be your "next end step"). The purpose of these enchantments is to stay in play longer than a sorcery, but not as long as normal enchantment. They have to deliver a game-changing effect for a short while (and both players need to feel its effects to add strategy to casting them), but then bring everything back to normal.

Can I do that as sorcery?
Sorry, brain fart. "Until the beginning of your next second end step"?

Anyway, Apocalyptic Flood and Invasion of Bees are just terrible cards – for the same CMC, you might as well just Breath of Darigaaz or Cryptic Command. Unbreakable Law is useless in any deck that could be playing it. Blood Revenge is okay, but could cost less and is a white effect. Similarly, Pandemic should be either white or blue.

Those cards work for 2 turns, rather than one, though. What if i make:
Apocalyptic Flood costing
Invasion of Bees - .
Unbreakable Law - Change "white creatures" to "all creatures" (control decks will like it).
Blood Revenge - . I do think that this ability can be any color depending on how you formulate it (deathtouch, a similar ability is in Black) and it fits the philosophy of Red.
Pandemic - . The same thing - plagues are associated with black and tapping creatures are one way to indicate that affected creatures are temporary out of the picture.

Thanks for the feedback! Keep it coming!
